      I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing delay in processing my documents and the lack of response from your end. My concern pertains specifically to the verification of my driving license status, which I have submitted evidence for multiple times since May. Despite my efforts, I have not received any updates or acknowledgment from your team.The most recent submission of documents proving that my driver's license is not suspended was made during the week of July 1st. It has now been over two weeks since that submission, and I am still awaiting a response or confirmation of verification from Samba Safety.This delay is causing significant inconvenience as it is preventing me from working as a driver for Uber. As you are aware, Uber requires drivers to have verified driving records, and due to the negligence of Samba Safety in processing my information promptly, I am currently unable to meet this requirement and consequently unable to work.I request immediate action on your part to prioritize the verification of my documents and provide me with a clear update regarding the status of my driving record verification. This situation has already resulted in financial loss and continues to impact my ability to earn a livelihood.Please treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly to resolve the issue at the earliest.       Sambasafety has inaccurately stated that I am disqualified from driving in *******, when it clearly states that withdrawal has been lifted on Nov. 14 2023. Because of this inaccurate report, I cannot work and make money.

      I sent an email regarding a inaccuracy on my license on 04/16/2024 for a date that was not filled in properly. It took until 05/13/2024 for them to respond only to tell me that my license is valid and what was send to the employer was such. Nothing regarding the inaccuracy described.

      You are again failing to remedy the issue at hand. My employer, the state and everyone involved understand that my license IS VALID. That is not the issue I have. My issue is a date is missing and points are being counted that I feel should not be counted. My issue is still standing just as it was before nothing has changed and my original problem has not been addressed to my knowledge. Please compare the document I attached previously with your records.

      After further investigation from the company they have still determined that there are no inaccuracies. There are dates for the resolution of the problem in the system already just, again, not where they are needed. The state of ******** has said several times they can do nothing to alter this as the status is set to released and there for locked. This should be unacceptable seeing as there is a date in the system for the specific charge. Attempts at calling and talking to someone are not available at the company so I am at a lose for what I'm supposed to do to have this remedied apart from getting a lawyer involved.

      Hello, as stated in our response to your dispute, the suspension on the *** was issued from another state and ended the day before your DL was issued in **. The suspension is listed because Tennessee is a state that assists in suspending driving privileges for neighboring states, when applicable. The suspension can be withdrawn when the requirements for the neighboring state have been completed, even if it is before the suspension starts. 

      Since the driver's license was issued after the suspension reinstatement date, the suspension isn't reporting active. The end date is not reported on the *** because that date comes specifically from the state who issued the suspension.

      In November 2023 I received a traffic violation. I hired a lawyer and got it reduced and would not affect my MVR. The beginning of 2024 my company ran my annual MVR report and saw 4points through samba safety. I have since called the court the violation was handled in, that states DMV and my home states DMV no one shows anything on my record. I then called my home states ******* office in **************, she also saw nothing on my record however stated she has seen 3rd party companies such as samba pick up and record violations before they are finalized in court. I then emailed SAMBA to state the discrepancy and please correct it. They responded its not their issue its DMV and they cant change or update my MVR. However it is a samba issue because they are the only one showing the violation on my MVR! No one answers the phones and emails dont get answered in a timely manner..30 days is too long when its an urgent issue!!! Especially one that is their error!

      Samba safety Holdings is responsible for providing motor vehicle reports to companies like uber which I drive for they are just a third step of the motor vehicle Report process because Checker is the actual company that runs the motor vehicle Report now I haven't been able to drive because checker cleared my motor vehicle Report and gave me the green light but when it was turned over to Samba safety Holdings to review for Uber Samba safety flagged me and told Uber not to let me drive ultimately putting me out of a job because they mishandled my motor vehicle Report I've never had a at-fault accident but I'm being punished for accidents on my driving record because I got rear-ended three different occasions they're improper reporting has cost me a job right after financing a new car putting me in a tough financial bind.. so now I reapplied with Uber and had my background check ran yet again but this time Samba safety is refusing to report back to Uber at all it's been weeks and they still won't give Uber the report so I still can't work

      We had our DMV record pulling commercial account with ADR (******** Driving Record) long time ago. They would simply charge our account based on each driving record that we pull. SambaSafety bought this company from form ADR and continued same contract of charge for each driving record only. I received an email from them around January 2024 that we owe this company monthly service payment of $20 each month. They have started the charges as of November 2023 and they sent the invoice in February of 2024. I don't know why they have not sent the monthly service charge invoice earlier in November 2023. Why they have collected all these charges and they sent them all in February of 2024. I need to know where or when my agency agreed with monthly service fee? Do they have any signed agreement? I have been asking for signed agreement; but they failed to provide that document to me. In set, they have been sending me invoices. If they have signed agreement, I will pay for the service fee. Also, I have not gotten any service from them; I sent the email number on August 4th of 2023 that why I am not able to pull the MVRs; They have not responded to that email yet. If they could not respond to emails or provide service, why they are entitled to charge monthly service fees. They need to know for which service they have provided; they are charging us.Since, I have not used their services for long time at least from August of 2023 until now because I was not able to run MVRs. Why I have to pay for monthly service fees. Why does not this company provide any solid phone number to customer service department that could be reached to live agent? I need all of the monthly service fees to be waived, make my account to zero balance, and cancel my account with them as soon as possible.

      All customers were notified of the upcoming Network Access fee via an email, in October, that accompanied the official invoice. The email informed them of the upcoming fee and outlined why the fee was necessary. All customers, upon notice of the fee, could have cancelled the service prior to the fee being implemented. *************** did not open a case with our Accounts Receivable team until February 3, 2024. Upon receiving the case the team acted promptly and responded within 2 days. SambaSafety sends invoices monthly, and our records demonstrate invoices were sent in November 2023 through February 2024 as expected and showed the $25.00 fee. After several exchanges with the customer the decision was made and communicated that SambaSafety would cancel the account, per the customers request, but that the $25.00 Network Access fee would not be waived. Also attaching a copy of the contract for reference.

      I am rejecting this response because: If they have started to charge monthly service fee as of November of 2023, why they have waited until February of 2024 to send the invoice for all past months. I did not receive any notification form them, and I did not agree to monthly service fee as my original signed contract shows. if they could upload another signed agreement or contract that shows we agreed to theiir monthly service fee, I would be happy to see that. Until then, this is not fair at all.

      I don't know why company refused to respond to all of inquiries on my complain. if company is entitled to monthly service fee, they should have responded to my August email asking help from them that why I could not use their service to run driving records.  Until this moment even after they respond to this complain, I have not heard or received any respond to my August email yet.  

      Technically, my account should have been cancelled back on August of 2023 when I was trying to run the driving records and I was not able to and company refused, ignored, or not provided any service to my issue. Since August until now, I have not, and I was not able to use their service.

      I called the dmv and they have cleared me and checkr cleared me for doordash and i mainly use uber but i had to use samba for a background ************ are terrible they dont even have a working number when you do email they dont freaking answer they are messing with peoples money .Overall they are very unprofessional if you ask me idk know why uber partied with them cause they literally dont do they job n they are hurting people financially

      Samba Safety has reported my license invalid several times to Uber. My license is valid and even the email they sent showing the report states that it is valid. They continue to report it as invalid to Uber and Im not able to drive with them as a result. Theres no way to contact them by phone and only theyre filling out a form online to dispute the invalid report. After disputing it several times Ive never heard anything back. This company is unethical and even the Uber representative on the phone has said they have had many complaints about incorrect reporting on their end. I would just like them to resubmit my drivers license as valid so that I can get to work.
