      To Whom It May ******** I have attempted numerous times to resolve my medical bill with the company; trip occurring on 3/15/22. One of the reasons my bill has not been resolved in almost 10 month is that an AMR employee filled out paperwork incorrectly. I have been notified by an AMR employee that my Aetna member ID was listed incorrectly as my Social Security Number. I was told as well by another employee that it would now take an additional ***** days to resubmit my claim, after submitting it for internal review at AMR. This would mean that my bill, to no fault of my own, would take almost ***** months to resolve. That is unheard of, and is unprofessional. I have contacted my **************** and they have confirmed payment was issued on 9/13/22 to AMR. No response on receipt of information faxed to them to verify payment has already been issued by insurance payer. No response to multiple calls, emails, via ******* nor ******* This company has failed to follow through on providing adequate services to the public, is incompetent, has unprofessional business conduct, and lacks follow through.

      The driver and passenger had more than enough room to go around my car, oh they were about 4 cars behind me yet there were not any. I moved to the right lane while they proceeded to drive, not in the lane to my left but the left lane after that one. They never passed or sped up and the sirens were on. I proceeded back to the very left lane to get onto highway. They still did not go around my car or the other cars in front of me. Everyone was slowing down to let them pass but they did not. After we were on the highway they then passed on the 2nd lane to the left and the women in passenger seat raised her arms up at me and was saying something. I made sure they had more than enough room to get by. What disrespectful drivers. Totally unacceptable.

      Well, I am not impressed. This is the third party that Premier health chooses to use. Service is incredibly slow to transport between two hospitals. Hours of delay. I see many reviews regarding business practices and wonder why Premier Health exposes their patients to this type of service. Maybe they could explain?? Really zero stars.

      If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have been trying to help my daughter-in-law get compassionate care relief. She is in the process of getting a green card, hence does not have a social security number. This means she can't work, she can't open a bank account or be on her husbands bank account, she doesn't have insurance, can't file taxes, etc. Her husband has been out of work for an extended period of time and they have run through their savings and are barely surviving day to day. It took five months for them to reject her compassionate care application because she couldn't provide any employment information. HELLO????!!!! No social security number, no work. I whole-heartedly agree with shade billing practices. We hear from them until July then NOTHING until November and then it is 'give us our money, give us our money, give us our money.' They are a joke and next time I'll tell her to uber over there.

      Used AMR last summer for emergency ride to the hospital when I had a cardiac episode. I provided my insurance information at the time, but they did not have it when they sent me a bill later. I provided it and my insurance processed it. I should owe about $50 but still being billed for the full amount. They claim that my insurance denied the claim. My insurance says otherwise. 5 months later still dealing with this. Is this how you do business AMR? You have a contract with my insurance and you are in violation of it.

      The EMTs are always nice, but the billing is just downright CROOKED & *****. I have had the misfortune of using their services twice in my lifetime, and though they were about 15 years apart, they screwed me both times. Both times they waited to bill me until 1 year and 1 month after the service, so that it would void my insurance (which specifies that it must be billed and claimed with in 365 days in order to be paid). They say that they didn't have my insurance information, but amazingly when I called their billing ****** they not only verified the last four numbers of my insurance benefits number, but had all my other info like my address, DOB, and *insurance company name* ... Whoops! I suppose they didn't want my insurance company to tell them they could only charge me X amount. If you can help it, don't use this company unless there is absolutely no other option. Frankly, I would rather walk than use them.

      They conduct shady billing practices. Theyll send you straight to collections instead of trying to collect payment. Even when you put in excessive effort to make sure they are going to get paid. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION TO GET TREATED!!

      Terrible company. They took my mom to the hospital, 2 weeks later get a collection notice for an unpaid bill. They claimed my mom did not have insurance. What really happened is that they had the wrong spelling for her name and an insurance company will not pay in the info is incorrect. Today they were to pick her up so that she could have a life-saving procedure. No show! So if my mom dies, it's on them

      I wouldn't even give this place a star. I never acn understand the customer ********************** phone operator and they are totally scamming or something because they ask for way too much personal information. They supposedly have my account pulled up, but I have to provide all information and then they ask for social security numbers. Mine and the patient! They're totally doing something illegal, let's do something about this! I'm sure so many people have unnecessary stress fall on their shoulders.

      Horrible company. Waited 14 months from service date to text me saying I owed 1404.92.They claimed that my insurance denied the claim.i contacted my insurance to ask about it.come to find out they have never billed my insurance.I was on the phone with them for a total of over 2 hrs.I could barely understand the person I was speaking to,her English was horrible.My insurance contacted them and they proceeded to tell my insurance that I could just disregard the bill I call them back again just to be on the safe side and I end up dealing with the same bull s**t.So I told them to go f**k themselves.I will not pay them.they can send it over to collections.
