      I purchased my leased a vehicle from Bellco on 12/3021. They cashed my check precisely on 12/20/2021. Till todays date, I have not received a title for my vehicle. A car that I bought with the intention of selling immediately.All Ive been hearing from them is nonsense and lies after hours of being on the phone trying to reach an answer or a solution.Finally in March 2022, Ive got a phone call with this woman ***************** from the titles department: ********************* She told me that they figured out they sent my title to an address in Washington ** and there was nothing they could to recover that title and nothing on my end to be done since it was originally a leased vehicle, so she was going to contact the state of ******** immediately to put in a request to process a new title.It has been 9 months since Bellco cashed $24000 from my account. I cant sell the car, Im still paying insurance for it, I dont have a legal parking spot in my neighborhood for it so Ive been getting fines and complaints and I have no idea when or how this issue will be resolved.I ve emailed ***************** twice in the last two weeks.Of course I have not heard a peep backIm hoping you can help me with this situation or tell me how could I proceed.Legal actions maybe? I appreciate your consideration,Best,***********************

      When the Lease Agreement was prepaid, Bellco promptly released its lien on the vehicle.  However, the title was sent to the address of our member, the joint lessee on the Lease.  The address we have for our member is in D.C.  We have been working with the Colorado DMV to get this matter resolved for ************** by ordering a duplicate title; however,the process is taking longer than we anticipated.  We will continue to work on this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This the same response Ive gotten back in February 2022 when I finally got a phone call from ******************

      After that I left several messages in her voice mail to follow up. 

      They have not provided me wit a case number or any information on when exactly they reached out to the *****************.

      Every single agent that I spoke to certified with me that the address they have on file is MINE not my co signer.

      Until ************* came up with the version of the title being sent to *************, the story was that the ** Mail probably lost it.

      I want proof that Bellco is working on this matter and a date of resolution. 
      Also Id like to get advice from BBB on how to take legal actions for the damages caused.

      ************** misunderstood our response.  The address we have in D.C. is for the joint lessee, and not her.  We have her address in the system as well. Since the joint lessee is the primary lessee in our system, the title was originally sent to that address.  To assist **************, we requested a duplicate title, which we recently received.  We cannot control how long the *** takes to process these requests.  We have been in contact with ************* directly and have provided her with the information we have, as well as the new title.

      I traded my vehicle that was financed with Bellco on 6/4/22. Car was paid off with them on 6/14/22. On 7/20/22 I contacted Bellco to see where title was sent. It was sent to my old state DMV as they never updated to current state despite the state requesting it previously stating they never submitted the correct form. Filled out form to get title from old state. Called to followup on 8/8/22 and they stated that they never received the title or lien release from Bellco as they previously told me. It is now 2 months later and still can't locate title for the dealer that got my car. I had to request a letter showing that car was paid off as they don't send them automatically. This bank has never done anything normal with this car loan. I need my title and need it now to prevent losing my new car because of them.

      The members vehicle was titled in *******, and ******* uses an electronic lien and title (***) system to manage vehicle titles and liens.  Bellco released its lien through the *** system once the loan was paid in full.  The *** system (and not Bellco) determines where to send the title, once a lien has been released.  According to ADOT, once a lienholder releases its lien on the *** system, MVD then forwards the title to the vehicle owner or to the next lienholder of record. This method results in faster service to vehicle owners.  Therefore, the member will need to contact the Arizona DMV to get their title.

      I just recently found out that I have an open savings account with bellco credit union. I had purchased a vehicle a couple of years back and this bank was used to finance the purchase. The vehicle was payed off at the first payment due date. However, the savings account associated with this loan remained open with no activity and no knowledge on my part. I received no correspondence regarding the acct. and recently received a statement showing a zero balance and a monthly inactive acct. fee of $5. I called to close the acct. but was told I have a negative acct. of $25. which needs to be payed prior to closing the acct. Apparently there were funds in the savings that I was not aware of which have been used to pay the inactive fee since the paying off of the loan. I'd like to recover the funds that were initially left over along with the closing of the acct. without paying the -$25 owed on an acct. I was not aware of.

      We have been trying to communicate with our member in order to explain the situation, but he is not responding.

      Contrary to the members statements, Bellco has been sending notices to him to the address we have on file.  These notices include, but are not limited to, quarterly statements with information about his savings account and his auto loan.
