      I'm grateful for the auto loan and competitive rate, but not a fan so far of the initial process and the confusion of what they could offer me versus not. I was initially told over the phone by one of the **** that I could delay payments for 90 days and that I could register to become a new member at the time of closing on the purchase of my new vehicle. Then I look at my app and see payment due: End of March. I call and Im told that this is incorrect. Does your phone lines know what you can offer people or not?When I arrived at this particular branch, I initially had an appointment with another banker who was nowhere to be found. Thankfully ***** was able to assist me. I was told that none of my information had been transferred over by the over the phone agent from earlier, and that all of my data was stuck in ******(not sure if it was with ********, but that's who I received an email from on 2/11/25).***** instructed me to call Pueblo to remedy this, to which I was quite frankly a little appalled at. I understand that my auto loan is probably a small fraction of your quarterly business revenue, but it should have been done already by your team. Do you want my interest charges or not? I go to chamber of commerce meetings and networking events everywhere around ****** and have come to befriend people who work in credit/loans.The final issue I had was that I originally requested for my payment to be sent out on the 8th of the month, not the 1st. I opened my app and saw that it was set up for the 1st of the month. I had to spend additional time out of my day to go to the *** Ex nearby and print out new documentation and send it off again. An additional $0.50 was added to my monthly payment which is annoying, because it should have been done from the beginning of the process. I was originally being told that I would have to use one of my dates to change this.

      Bellco keeps stopping my card for various suspicious activity related reasons.I receive less than $1,000 a month and need that money and I can't tell you how many days out of every single month are taken by Bellco because of me needing to call them to find out why they've stopped my card uet again, this time. I don't have but six places I use the card at so I don't know why this continues to happen. Because this continues to happen, they keep making me change my card. This has happened yet again and so I don't have food today because my card was stopped. I called the number that they left when they called me and then they removed the case they said the case was closed or it was removed but that I would need to call the number on the back of the card to get my number to get my card started again so I did. I was on the phone with Bellco for 25 minutes while they told me that there was no case and no reason for my car to be closed but they don't know what's going on and they can't start my card again because it from what I told them, it sounded like I had seven days to call the number that called me but because of my disabilities I don't eat necessarily even know that I received a phone call within 7 days from receiving it because like have a whole lot of trouble being able to hold my phone and use it at the same time. I didn't know it was a call from Bellco either because they didn't call from Bellco number. So Bellco transferred me from talking to them to talking to the same number I had called before, the number that had left a message about my car being stopped. And they told me that there was no case and they have no power to turn my card on and I don't know what they don't know what to tell me. So I called Bellco back again and the same thing happened. Also, they give money to places when I don't have money in the account. I called them to stop that but they said that's how it works. I've gone into branch almost every time, and leave with no foreard-fixing.

      Bellco did not give me all of the information I needed to close out my account. When I called to begin the process of closing my account, the clerk began the closeout without asking or giving me the information of what that entailed. I was under the assumption I could go to the branch office to pick up my check. But the closing was done completely over the phone without the information I needed beforehand that my closing check would (had) be sent by regular mail. I talked to a supervisor about going to a branch to pick up my check because having such a large amount being sent by regular mail was very risky . She said it couldn't be done because I closed the account by phone. But then she said that going a branch might not have worked because of the amount of the check.
      This interaction was typical of the years of a lack of basic fiduciary duty and customer service that I've had to cope with to deal with this 'Credit Union'. One of the many reasons I should have closed my account sooner.

      Bellco fraudlently reported us to credit bureaus as 180 days late on our final car payment. This was incorrect and admitted by Bellco staff. Now they refuse to reverse the problem they caused, dropping my credit score by 70 points when we always paid on time. Do not bank with this CU.

      After being a member for 35 years, I cant even cosign on a loan for my daughter. Their reason, the credit score, I have a good credit score so I asked what number the credit score had to be, they say theres not an actual number they can give me, Id like to know what the benefits of membership are at this credit union?

      When I initially opened an account with **********************, I thought it was a good decision. The main reasons I opened it was because the branch was open on Saturday's and it was conveniently located near my home. They subsequently closed on Saturdays and have now moved this location. The last two times I have driven completely out of my way to make a deposit in the *** at the new location, the *** would not take my deposit and I will now have to pay another overdraft fee.My auto loan was also a complete debacle.

      Insofar as I'm concerned, it's a decidedly "piss-poor" credit union to do business with.Unfortunately I had no choice in the matter. It was where my account was sold, after my used car purchase.Well, I stuck with it, and now this **** loan's paid... in full.I'll do whatever possible to never do business with Bellco again.I feel sorry for the poor "drudges" employed there.But I guess these poor people need the patlycheck.

      I would like to give zero stars..I actually can not believe this credit union is still around with how terrible the service is. I have trouble every month paying my line of credit. Dare you try to make more than one payment in a month! Then you have to contact customer service to do the payment for you and you are on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. I agree with others most incompentant bank and ridiculous how they treat long time customers.

      I loved Bellco in the first year or so of having accounts with them. I had multiple accounts, including their Colorado Rewards card. My experience with this card is what made me start to dislike using Bellco services. The first red flag was that after a few years with the card open, I requested an increase for my credit limit, which is pretty standard and something that has been no problem at all with all of the other cards I have ever had. Bellco is the first provider that has ever told me that if I wanted to request an increase, they would have to do a hard pull of my credit and reassess my interest rate as if I was applying for a new card. This is a bizarre requirement, as no other providers have ever told me they would do this when requesting an increase. My plan was for Bellco to be my main personal card, to stay loyal with them, and increase my credit limits to improve my credit score annually, but instead of rewarding customer loyalty, they punish you by making you have a higher interest rate and a hard pull on your credit when requesting an increase. The second issue that has been ongoing started when they switched up their system some time last year. They sent out new cards and told me that they would disable the old one due to the switch. Well, the new card came and its the exact same number with the same expiration as the last, but with a new security code. Because the number is exactly the same, most places I had the card saved had issues with my payments because they are recognizing it as the old card still and declining it, even though I removed the original card as saved payment methods across multiple platforms. This has caused me to have recurring declined/ delinquent payment issues with 4 separate accounts because their systems are confused as to why I would have the exact same card number with the exact same expiration date, but with a different security code. For these reasons I would not recommend the credit card services at Bellco.

      My experience with this company has been fine throughout the payments of my ****** auto loan. When time came for the last payment, it was not even the correct amount to make the balance to $0. All payments had been made on time and then I started getting threatening letters concerning the remaining $675 dollars that remained before the last payment was made(automatically). Then more threatening letters about22 dollars that were due and we had not paid it.Next step; paid off the little remaining balance with a debit card over the phone.Next step: still getting letters 7 days after the amount had been paid.Current issue: Account has been paid off for over a month and I have not received my title and still getting threatening letters concerning the last amount that was paid off 17 days ago.The company has not closed the account and has not sent my Vehicle title.
