I'd give more if there were better protection against fraudulent activity. Even with taking major safety measures, my card was still hacked of the fifth time this year! This bank really needs to step up on their security

Bellco Credit Union is the most incompetent, poorly-managed, absolutely unprofessional bank I've ever dealt with. If you are just doing savings and checking - sure, they're *fine*. But if you add any other services - car lease or loan in particular - get ready to experience heck on earth. I'm switching banks this week for how poorly they've mismanaged my entire experience. It's such a long story (literally 3 months long!) so I'll spare you the exact details. Such a joke of a company.Bellco Credit Union

I had a loan thru Bellco Credit Union. Because I live in ******* and they are located in ********, I decided to payoff my loan thru my credit union here. The check was sent however my credit union inadvertently sent $6417 too much. Once the funds cleared, Bellco closed my account and deposited the funds in my account. When I called to request those funds today, I spent over 2 hours of my time on the phone trying initially to have the funds wired to me, but I found they put a hold on the funds. even though those funds already cleared my bank 3 days ago. They will not be releasing my money until mid week next week. I tried to explain to them that it was not my banks money but my money just sent to them in a bank check but they would not listen. I was also told that because my account is a savings account, I would not be able to wire the money, unless I want to open a checking account, deposit funds and then I can wire it. No, I want my money. I will wait until next week for my money and then I will close my account.Two hours to get no where and finally be told sorry not sorry. We have your money but you must wait for it. Even though we already cashed your check and it cleared. This should have taken 5 minutes and my money should have been released. Beyond frustrated and I wont deal with this credit union again. And yes, I am also upset with Suncoast Credit Union who sent the wrong amount in the first place. They will get their own review. My husband and I have been a loyal Bellco member for over 15 years until now. It seems that they changed their CC ************************** and failed to inform us. I use another bank's online banking system to pay for our Bellco credit cards. We received letters from Bellco telling us that our accounts are delinquent due to nonpayment. I checked my records and our primary bank showed that the payments had cleared. Only after calling the credit union did we learn that they now have a different CC processing company with a new address. Apparently, it now falls on me to call my primary bank to try to take the payments back so that I can resend it to the correct Bellco address. This whole debacle is on Bellco and the people I have spoken to on the phone admit that this has become a big problem. I AM LIVID! I have spent many, many hours on the phone trying to fix this. Bottom line, I have a few thousand dollars floating somewhere in the cyberworld!!!! BELLCO you are scraping bottom right now!!! FIX the mess you made!Bellco Credit Union

Think twice before using Belco Credit Union. Your personal data is at risk. My account was hacked on May 31 2023 in which all my personal information was downloaded by a unauthorized third party. If you want your Identity stolen then use Bellco. My recommendation is to stay away from Bellco and take your business elsewhere.Bellco Credit Union

Bellco Credit Union ****** Tried to resolve an issue today with my **** card automation systems always frustrating but 3rd try and reached ***** with credit card services could not help me asked for Supervisor on duty then she had to keep putting me on hold after every question is she stopping to read the answer from a book? Or incredibly rude? made payment Bellco Bank to Bellco Credit Card - I can see the funds left my checking and I can see the funds posted on my credit card account? I highly advise against choosing this bank for your loan needs. My personal experience with them was extremely unpleasant. Their customer service was lacking, with very little communication and a complete disregard for the needs of their customers. The manager in particular was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead, I highly recommend obtaining an auto loan from ************ They have exceptional customer service and are willing to work with you when you require their assistance.I would give you a -5 star I could.Bellco Credit Union

If a $5 fee was charged each month, there is a possibility it was due to inactivity on the account for more than 3 years, in accordance with our published Fee Schedule. If this is the case, Bellco sent you a notice prior to assessing any inactivity fees explaining what would happen if there was no activity on the account. 1 starI've been a customer at this bank for years, probably 30+. I keep my checking and a few CD's there. Over the past few years customer service has definitely declined. Just this week I had an unpleasant experience at the ****** branch. I went in on Monday and waited in line to ask for some help with IRA ***** After waiting for ***** minutes and after a later customer got placed with a banker, I made an appointment for Wed at 1:30. I got three texts from Bellco on Wed. and was at the bank at 1:25. I checked in and waited 25 minutes while one banker went to lunch and two other bankers proceeded with existing clients. When I was called into talk to **** he was not able to give me any direct answers to my questions. I felt he did not have enough experience to adequately answer my questions. I left and will take my money elsewhere and over time cash out all my CD's, maybe leave the minimum for free checking.Review fromM. B.

Bellco Credit Union took $3972.58 out of my checking account to pay a ********************** card bill and did not pay it. After several conversations with employees they could not tell me where my money was and why the credit card bill was not payed. I received some vague promise that the money would be returned to my account on the May 23, one day after the credit card payment is due. The employees I talked with acted like this was no big deal and were of no help. Is this fraud or is Bellco beginning to fail?Bellco Credit Union

Bellco Credit Union fixed the problem for me and even took the time to call me back and explain what had happened and what I could do so it would not happen again. I was extremely pleased with the assistance I received in fixing this problem.
