      Worst banking experience I've ever had. Hundreds of dollars missing from my car payments. I blame Chevrolet partially for setting me up with this terrible company. If negative stars was an option it would be negative. Literal thieves stealing money after switching companies. This is ridiculous. It's not the workers that work there - it's the company. The workers are restricted to giving you your personal information and helping you with your accounts over the phone and make this a ridiculously difficult company to work with. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      If you need a stop payment on a transaction they are completely unable to help you, your account needs to be completely closed out in order to avoid unwanted transactions, which indicates to me that there is zero protection against scammers: I highly recommend reviewing this option before opening an account with any institution. On that score avoid Bellco Credit Union. So even if I was misinformed at my branch, I'm currently screwed over by misinformation which kinda speaks for itself.

      Had written 2 checks to the same person - each for the same amount. Both were cashed at another credit union on the same day / time. One check had the incorrect amount entered and paid out. Called Bellco, wasted a few minutes being told how important my call was. Then got transferred to another department - wait for it - only to be on hold for 15 more minutes before being disconnected by their " system". Called back (I have another number). Got a very polite lady that agreed the wrong amount was taken out. Then very politely told me I would have to go to the OTHER Credit Union and have THEM solve the issue. So much for customer service. Don't even get me started on their 13th century technology that they pass off as online banking. Ridiculous.

      This credit union was un reliable and kept threatening to end my car loan early even though I was never late in payments. They kept sending letters and when I would call and talk to customer service they would tell me not to worry. I ended up borrowing money and paying the car loan of early just to get rid of the worry from this credit union. I would never trust them with loans, banking or business.

      I set up autopay for my car loan, and was sent a link to a site that doesn't exist. I called customer service to make sure everything was in order, and was told "yes, you're all set. " Then I start getting calls from their collection department. I relay all the info, including the email confirming my autopay was set up. They then send me a notice that they're charging me late fees for the last three months. I call and email customer service, they tell me to go to the branch. I go to the branch and relay the whole story. They tell me to wait for an email. The email tells me it's my fault and to call customer service. The biggest cluster**** ever. Closing my account today and moved loan.

      No one contacted me other than to say my request for a refund of these charges is denied. I will now file a complaint.
