    First made a on line purchase from Transform Product 10/27 for one product but was instantly billed for 2 products. My credit card was billed $59.99 which I requested but was billed again the same day for a different product $119.88,Then on 11/28 was billed again on a Friday 11/28 for another $119.88 which I couldn't get a hold of the company till ************* said it had already been processed. I did call ****** gave me an address & said to return it using a certain address & a RM number clearly written on the outside of the box. I had a vacation planned at the first of Dec & then Christmas so I didn't get to call.Then on 1/2/23 I was billed again for the $119.88, this time for a different product but the same ******* ****** didn't receive phone calls on the weekend. So, called on Monday again & again they told me it was too late to stop the process even tho they had told me in Dec. the order would be cancelled. them after I received the product ****** would instruct me how to return the product. Once again I had to wait till I received the product & call. I called & she said the order could be returned to:Transform Keto Products Returns ********************************* On Jan 4th I took both boxes to the post office & paid $13.10 to have them shipped using the *********************** ODB98318EDAC. I just received both back with:RETURN TO SENDER VACANT UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER on the outside of both boxes.I tried to get my bank to stop receiving these charges back in December but they said I had to call the phone number on the billing ************.This obviously is a scam of some sort & I am out of my money. I never open the bottles I returned, but it didn't matter b/c the address is appartenly "vacant".     This company puts you on an automatic monthly AutoShip for their product without your permission. Using their website you can click purchase now one time purchase with no subscription however they still put you on a subscription and charger account monthly and send you products that dont work. When attempting to reach out to the company they route you through multiple third-party vendors which do not have any ability to help with canceling their subscription. I had to stop payment by closing my bank account debit card and ordering a new one. That process has caused disruption with other bill payments on my account for life-sustaining products and services.

    I ordered transform keto acv gummies around Jan 6 2023 for $199 for 5 bottles which I thought was only going to be $39 per the advertisement! I was wiling to give it a try and no results after over a month! And Feb 8 today I received another 5 bottles and they charged me another $199! I never signed up for a subscription at all! You could not even go through that many in a month! I want my money back! Very disappointed in the customer service and the product!

    I tried canceling my order (8749E87907) shortly after placing it on September 23, 2022. My "free" bottle was actually costing $199.88 plus an additional cost for detox pills. I was told at that time that the order was in process and I wouldn't be able to return for a refund for 90 days...and then, only after I received an RMA number. I made it very clear that I did NOT want anything else, and to please make note of that on my file...that I would be returning this shipment as soon as I could. One month later I received 5 more bottles and another bill for $199.88. I was very livid by this time and called, yet again! I was told that I was on automatic refill. I told the man on the phone to remove that immediately...I did not want any future deliveries. Once again, I was told that I could NOT get a refund until my initial 90 day period had elapsed. Thankfully the shipments stopped coming. On December 23, 2022 I called a third time and FINALLY received an RMA number (36ED7AF5B7D1). I told them I had 10 unopened bottles to return. I followed the instructions given and mailed back 9 unopened bottles...I realized that 1 bottle I had inadvertently opened. My return shipment was received on December 27, 2022, according to the post office tracking system (**********************). I called the end of *** looking for my refund. I spoke with a person named ******, who finally processed a credit to my credit card. The ref # she gave me was **********. She said it would be $259.77 after deducting for the cost of 1 bottle that I kept plus an additional $10 restocking fee for each return bottle. I did not feel that I should have to pay a restocking fee for the 5 bottles I did NOT authorize. I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She said they were unavailable and would need to call me back. No call came and my credit card was only credited $109.89. I don't want calls, I just want the rest of my credit for the products returned!

    Good Morning!

    I wanted to follow up on my complaint against Transform Keto, which was assigned ID ********.  I had received and agreed to the resolution provided by this company on February 13.  In that resolution, several phases of reimbursement were offered.  All of the credit card refunds have been received.  However, the last part of the resolution said I should be receiving an electronic check within **** business days in the amount of $199.88.  I'm not familiar with how electronic checks work, but I was told it would be in my email within that time frame.  However, 10 business days have now past, and I have yet to see anything arrive from them.  Just wondering when I might expect to see this final reimbursement?  I would also be agreeable for this final $199.88 as a credit to my credit card, if that is easier.

    I am rejecting this response because:i have never received this electronic transfer of funds. I have checked my email, my spam and have not gotten anything. I don't even know how this type of refund would even work.  How does an individual even cash an electronic refund.  What do I take to the bank?  I don't know why this couldn't have been credited back to my credit card like the other part of the refund and the means by which I paid for the product in the first place!

    I am rejecting this response because: no matter how many times you tell me that you sent me an electronic check in March, I am telling you AGAIN, that I never received it. The only way I will sign off on this complaint now, is if I receive an actual check in the mail, or a credit for this final promised amount, to my Discover card, which was originally used for the purchase and previously credited for the partial reimbursement already received. If you have some evidence that I did receive it, then by all means show me...because I have nothing. I'm sure you will see that whatever account those funds were coming from, still has that amount in it, since I have not cashed any such amount.

    Purchased ************ as a way to curb hunger and lose weight back in December. I received both the Keto Gummies and some detox pills that I did not buy for an additional $60. Now, it is February and I notice a charge on my credit card. I didn't authorize or buy anything from Transform Products so I had to go back and look at my past credit card statements. Now it looks like they are autoshipping these pills that I haven't even used but one bottle without authorization. The charges are $199. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if I can reverse the charges. None of the emails I received in December had contact information for the company. No phone number or website, just the *** of the shipment. I had to use the information on the BBB to reach out to customer service but haven't heard anything back.

    On 12/1/2022 I contacted Transform Keto dba 6 Pack Keto for a refund of $199.88. I purchased a 6 pack diet pills online and specifically checked the box to not reorder the product. A month later they took $199.88 from my account and sent me 6 more bottles of their product. I attempted to dispute the transaction however they don't provide any contact information with their packaging or receipt. I reached out to my debit card company who found Transform Keto's contact information. I called and spoke with an agent who said she couldnt provide me with an RMA number until 30 days after taking delivery of the package. I called back after the 30 day period and was provided an RMA number. At my expense I returned their product. It has now been a month since sending the product back at I still havent received a refund. I attempted to call the number on their active website (**************************) and it rings "busy" with no option for call back or to leave a message. I've sent several emails to ****************** and have not received any response.The address I was provided is apparently an unmanned warehouse and the product could not be delivered so is being returned to me. I have not received it. This company takes money without authorization and then doesnt take the product back in order to refund money.

    Made a purchase not knowing it was a subscription. The product did not work for me. I continued to receive monthly $199 orders despite trying to cancel . I emailed numerous times with no response. Finally found a phone number to call to cancel the subscription which was done successfully. She gave me instructions and address to return unused supply ( 3 boxes at $199/ea) which I did. I emailed them again to tell them items were sent. Miraculously this email was answered within 24 hours to tell me that my return is invalid because I do not have RMA included. I have been emailing them daily trying to get a resolution and no one answers the email.

    Saw a promotional on social media that took me to a website for a product I thought might help my chronic fatigue. Filled out the order form. Then I paused to think that I might need to discuss this with my dr. So, I closed the site and went on. When I got an order confirmation, I called. Trouble with the line on their end. The box came, so I decided to return it in the 30 day time. Before that time was up, I received a 2nd charge/box. I called CS. was told I had subscribed and couldn't return the 1st box until after 60 days. I told the rep that I hadn't subscribed or purchased. She cancelled that. Gave me dates I could call and request a return mech auth (Dec 7 & Jan6). So I called on Dec 7. CS told me I had waited beyond 30 days and couldn't return the 1st. I told them what i was told and that i wanted a number for BOTH boxes. Talked to a Super. She gave me 2 numbers. Wrote them on each box, put them together, certified mail. They were received DEc. 16. I called Jan 5 about the refund. They had to find the product and informed me of the $10/bottle ($100) restocking fee for their 3rd party warehouse. I argued the point as the T&C on the site has no mention of it. They gave me a 50% reduction on that. I argued again. Talked to a supervisor. Argued the point that it is the company's problem as I didn't order it, almost impossible to return it, and T&C (which the rep mentioned) didn't match what was happening. She threatened to refund me nothing if I didn't accept the $50 fee. I asked for a email of T&C that stated restocking, she said I would get a email of the refund. I argued that point to no avail as she said I could accept $349.88 or get nothing as that was ware house policy. I decided that I wanted as much back as I could get so I accepted. All the while I planned to report them as fraudulent. I did receive the credit and reported to the ** of Col who responded with an email and did received a call from AARP who told me to report to you.

    Product was bought 1/6/2023 they charged my debit card in two different transactions of $199.88 and the other $59.99. I was not given the amount before they charged my card. I thought I was only paying $39.99. The emailed receipt does not have any customer service contact information. I had to get this information from my bank. I do not want the product and would like to have my money returned to me asap and they are refusing to give me a full refund but offering 50% refund.
