I was charged for an order I never placed. It shows an order date, 4/21/2023, but once again I dont see how thats possible if I never placed an order. I dont know how you guys think this is acceptable, using my card information and placing an order in my place, but I will be expecting a full refund.Business Response

To clarify, all orders that are placed online are consumer-initiated. We received an order from you on 04/21/2023. There is no way for us to place an order for you. You have to enter your credit card information on the checkout page and hit the submit my order button. Without you doing this, no order would be placed. We have no way of knowing your credit card information, nor can we go to your checkout page and force the order through.As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a refund of $199.88 today. I have had reoccuring payments from this product since december. I never ordered the product first off. Second I called got hung up on twice would not let me speak to supervisor and asked for first 6 and last 4 of cc. Clearly no way did i give that. They cannot find anything with my name and the payments haven't stopped. I've contacted my bank for fraud and reported in 3 other govt offices. Huge scam and the customer service is overseas and they are rude as anything. THis is what happens when you outsource to beat payroll taxes. Hey IRS perfect opportunity for an audit. The U.S. government cant stop them and neither can we so what is a solution?? Bring the jobs back stateside and stop being cheap.Business Response

On April 10th 2023 I received a message from a individual named ********************************* from ********* who advised that she received a charge on her credit card stating I, *************************** that lives at ********************************************************************************** used her card number for a transaction at this company for $119.88 for health and beauty products. 3/19/2023 I was charged for the Transform Keto $199.80 x2 = $399.76 I called ************** and pressed #9 to speak with a representative I have been charged twice for the same product and returned both.I did speak with a gentleman who gave me an RMA #FF65E933A384 I printed the paperwork and attached it to the label of the package and returned it by **** as it was delivered and Im being told that without proof, I can not get my refund. This is twice that I have returned a package and not receiving my refund. These people are charging me for a product that was returned the way it was delivered.Business Response

I purchased the transform keto gummies on 1/18/23 order number DF3FE40389. $199.88. am additional charge was added in the amount of $59.99 for detox pills, which I did not order. I've tried calling but am never able to to speak with someone due to the ridiculous hold times. Even when you get through, no one calls back I'm want a refund on the $59.99 for detox pills I didn't order but also to cancel out the entire order as I was completely disatified. I have now been charged with another $199.88 dollars without my consent. I hope you have better luck reaching this company than I did. Please let know how the investigation progresses.. During the order process, you have to decline the Transform Detox product or uncheck the tick box offer if you don't wish to be added to your order. The decline button is right under the place my order button so it is very easy to opt out.

We are asking for assistance in a resolution with Transform Keto Gummies. On Dec 25th 2022 we were on the web looking for possible weight loss assistance for an upcoming trip. I started to fill out the form for Transform Keto. It was for 3 bottles and 2 free. I did not finish the form; and was already getting charged for the product. Our understanding was for the 3 bottles at $39.99 and 2 free for a total around $120.00. We were immediately charged ***** and another $199.98. As soon as this charge came across our phone, we immediately attempted to contact this company because we were charged incorrectly and had not even completed our order before charges were placed. We tried multiple times and selected option 9, we were disconnected, rerouted and eventually gave up. We also contacted our credit card company using the number that is provided on the card to file a dispute. We have multiple correspondences with Transform Keto showing that we tried to contact them to cancel the order immediately, but either the number and the options were wrong or their email address didn't exist. We received a letter from Chase Credit card saying that Transform Keto did not respond back to them and they are placing the charges back on our card. ***** provided a contact number that we were able to call and it was to a 3rd party service and we were unable to talk with a representative from Transform Keto. They did give us a reference number. (4CA2FFBDA7.) The 3rd party service told us that the amount was refunded, and to keep the product. However ***** continues to say that Transform Keto has not responded to them and since the product shipped and arrived they are re instating the charge. We do have the product, and have not opened the shipping box to this date. We would like to get our money back and ship the product back. Due to the difficulty in contacting Transform Keto, they did not honor their 30 day money back guarantee.
