  I too have been charged repeatedly, and filed a complaint with my bank. They are charging me each month at $200.00. I am retired and can't afford it. I received one package which I promptly sent back. They do not acknowledge that they received it. My bank wants to know why I haven't cancelled this product. Mainly cause I can't get anyone to answer my cancellation notice. I am still arguing this with my bank

  TransformKETO company is a piece of s*** I ordered a 5 bottle deal for ***** and it ended up being ******. Now they are sending me repeat orders for ****** and Im not able to get ahold of them to cancel. I called the number on my credit card statement and they said I didnt have an account with them. I think class action is the way to go. I cancelled my card to try and fix the problem.

  SCAM!!!! They charged me double for my order and added unwanted items. I immediately called to cancel and they said what if we give you 50% refund. I said that was what the price was supposed to be anyway. They were nasty. I called and said to cancel the whole order and they said return the items. I said it has only been 5 minutes - they have not shipped. Just cancel the order and don't send. Well they sent. I returned with tracking. It was delivered. Waited 27 days. Had to call. Then they only gave me a partial refund and charged $70 restocking fee. I am SOOOOO mad. Wish I could give no stars.

  TransformKETO started sending repeat shipments within 2 weeks of the 1 order I placed. I did NOT order a subscription and can't get ahold of anyone there to cancel and return the extras that have been sent

  This is a very shady business. I saw an ad on my phone for Keto AVC gummies. I went to the site and I saw buy 3 jars get 3 free for 39 dollars a bottle. Ok I ordered it. The site popped up another jar of cleanse they this works in conjunction with the keto gummies. I did not click this cause I did not want it. Later on I noticed I was charged on my bank card ****** and additional ***** for the cleanse ??? I called the customer series to cancel I dont have that money to spend. The website was very deceitful. My calculations for 3 bottles is ******. ************** said they cant cancel the 239 but can cancel the *****. Then they automatically put on my order without my consent an auto ship every month. I said I did not want auto ship. I then was getting very scared this was all a scam. !!! I said cancel my entire order. The representative was very nasty and said here is your cancellation number 7dofab7534. I said I will get all my money back he said yes yes very nasty to me. The next day I checked my bank and only ***** was reimbursed. Not the ******. I called again and the rep told me the cancellation number I was given was just to cancel the auto ship. I was so sad and exhausted from all of this. I called another rep and they said they cant reimburse me. It was the worst experience I could not understand the representatives There was so much background noice and they didnt speak clear. I am so upset that a company can take advantage of people. They do not make things very clear at all to order. How can this go on?No Im out ****** and probably will be late with my rent. I saw but 3 get 3 free at ***** a bottle Can you help me please with this. I saw all these poor other people that were scammed to. This is so sad Thank you

  Scam. Ordered a one time trial and got charged $200 for initial $40 purchase and then they continue to charge autoship. Absolutely criminal. No way of discontinuing without cancelling payment card.

  They said I would be charged ***** once I agreed I got charged ****** total scam.I cant even find a way to cancel this and they just charged me again for ****** and I never okayed that transaction

  Ordered one bottle and was charged for 5 plus the cleanse pills, that I did not want. was given a discount of $90.00, was told I could not have the whole thing refunded once the process started.That was last month, today I have a charge for more, I haven't even finished one of the 5 they already sent me. I made sure I was not on any kind reoccurring item. Called and was told it was too late-even though the item is pending and has not been shipped. Was given a $40.00 discount. I stated I wanted to cancel this reoccurring item and was given a cancellation number over the phone, was told I would receive two emails one for the $40.00 refund and one for the cancellation. Only received the refund email and that had the "cancellation" number on it.I called and spoke to someone else and requested a written email verifying my cancellation, was put on hold, they came back and said I would receive one-check my spam... I have not received one as of yet. That was two hours ago.This company really needs to do better- to take peoples money like this is to be honest **** poor.
