  Ordered first 2 bottles of product in May after trying to decline purchasing and much harassment. There was no mention of recurring subscription and just received 2 more bottles charged to cc on 6/5. Have no confirmation emails with order numbers or contact info and any numbers on website are either busy or out of service. This is a scam and I want my money back for 6/5 charge and membership cancelled immediately! Not sure how to get this accomplished. Company needs to be shut down!

  On 5/1, I was browsing and an add popped up for this product. I added it to the ************* and before I could hit Confirm, my account was charged for 5 bottles and my account debited for $199.88. This is 5 months worth of product. The package arrived with no return address info. One month later, my account is now being charged for $199.88 AGAIN. 30 days later after sending me enough product to last for 150 days. The number to the charge states that they are not associated with the product. I do not plan to take the tablets as I don't trust the vendor. And I am working to dispute the current change and I'd like to be reimbursed for the original charge to my account without authorization. This is definitely a spam and if you look up the address, it is a *** store. Not a store front. I believe this individual is using the Transform Keto brand sold on Amazon to scam many. At this rate, they will make thousands from me alone.

  I ordered 1 bottle with one free. Before I knew it I was charged for 2 bottles and 2 detox bottles. I waited and waited now a month later my card was just charged. Definitely scammed! I tried to cancel and the confirmation email had NO information on it with NO number!

  It ordered last month, thinking I was only buying one bottle, for 30 something dollars. I was then charged over 100 dollars. I didnt know this would be a recurring monthly subscription!

  I ordered 1 bottle with one free. However, I was charged for 2 bottles and then for a bottle of detox which I did not approve. When I called they were very rude and said pretty much too bad. They said I could return, but would have to pay return fee and restocking for each bottle. They said they were in Asia so I dont think it matters if I get taken advantage of. I will dispute charges if nothing is done.**********

  Ordered a bottle and was charged multiple times have called and said I would be reimbursed but never happened had to cancel my card have called for months and Im out hundreds of dollars This place is a scam!

  This is such a scam. I was only looking at the ads. Ended up somehow getting an order confirmation for $199.88. Then a month later, got another charge for $199,88. The phone number says it's not a working number. I have emailed with not responses. I did receive some product, with no return label inside. This is crazy!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

  Trying to cancel my autoship. No longer interested in using your product. Your customer service line is a recording - huge red flag that your company may not be legit along with a receipt with no identifiable order#s, transaction #s, or item #s as a reference. I left my phone number and ladt name. Please cancel my autoship and stop charging my C.C. and no further action will be taken.

  Placed my order, thought it was only $39.99, but was charged $199.88 on January 13, ****, these gummies, actually made me sick to my stomach, so I stopped using them, wanted to send the unused portion back, but theres no return mailing label in the box. So I tried calling, was only able to leave a message, then was surprised to get another charge of $199.88 on February 14, 2023, tried calling again to dispute this charge, again, no answer, just left a message, and they dont return your calls. I didnt authorize a second charge & want to mail back what I didnt use, from the first order. So now I have our bank involved..Not a business I want to deal with.
