      Service was great, quick and fast. Great customer service. Technition was prompt and did an excellent job, ******** service agent was accurate an did a wonderful job by finding an Tech in my general area. Whereas the Tech was here before time.

      terrible customer service would not recommend this company to anyone please stay away ************************* is an ajuster does not answer phone calls or emails kept a customers car for over a week wating for this company to reach out to me or the customer and only to have part of the claim denied

The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly, according to specific terms and exclusions of the *************** Contract, and because the repairs were performed without prior authorization from AAS, the claim was denied.

      American auto shield likes to give you the run around my car broke down in ********* ** had it towed to a Chevrolet dealer auto shield wanted to talk to them they refused so I had to get it towed again to tire monkey they fixed one problem it broke down again had it towed again and again to different shops also again towed to ****** check in ******* they sent an invoices to American auto and they informed them not to do the work and that I had to take it back to where I got it fixed the first time so therefore I had to get it towed again which was at my expense again so its been at tire money for about three weeks now havent heard any response and I keep calling American auto shield and was told that they havent received a call or invoices so therefore Im getting the run around over and over again and. Spoke with a supervisor which was very rude told me to have a good day and hubs up in my face very unprofessional

      I believe that their misunderstanding of para 25 in their contract will lead to fraud on their part. Para 25 which states that if there is a ***************** Bulletin that the manufacture does not take responsibility for, then AAS will cover. They are taking the position that any part of the car that has a TSB on it will not be covered. That excludes almost every part of all cars from coverage. That is an attempt to defraud most inexperienced buyers.
