      I was totally happy with the service. I needed a jump start last Sunday. I called, and it all went very well. The service guy was here in one hour, he had to come from ************, **. It takes an hour. He got me started, was so very polite and helpful. Thank you so much for the fast service.

      I know that it not a good company. I payed my fee monthly and on time. I had a new car contract. I was told it would take care of my brakes and also air conditioning. I had air conditioning problems and brake problems. They didn't help with either. I had to pay $2500. This was out of my on pocket. I was told that they were both covered. Watch out for the employee ****) he will lie to u.

      roadside service set up with call center was excellent. But towing company didn't arrive in 90 minutes as was indicated in text msg. Was 3 hours instead. but understand why after the driver told me his previous 3 calls were at the opposite ends of his territory, which led to a delay in arrival. He was nice and courteous to me and handled my car expertly on and off the tow truck.

      Not at all pleased with the time its taking to have my vehicle repaired Vehicle has been in the shop for nearly 3 weeks. I authorized tear down after adjuster did not approve claim after repair facility provided dozens of photos and 4 videos of the damage that was most definitely covered under my vehicle service contract. The engine has been torn down with the requested photos of the cause of failure for nearly 7 business days now. I have spoken with the adjuster twice and have also emailed all the requested documentation concerning any and all maintenance performed on my vehicle since I purchased my ************************************************************************************************************* that the required repairs to my vehicle have been authorized and started??? So AAS please do as you have agreed to do per my vehicle service contract and approve my claim??? Please and thank you. Hope everyone reading and or responding to this review has a wonderful week. On a side note AAS you should really hire a literate and individual that proof reads before they upload a respond the the swarm or pattern of customer complaints that forced the ******************** to pull your BBB accreditation??? In AASs responded to the BBB removal of AAS accreditation. AAS writer in their response misspelled been as bene!!! On the last segment in talking about better adjuster training!!! All Im saying is thats pretty embarrassing on AAS part. I didnt see any typos on the BBBs posting about the removal of accreditation or pattern of complaints against AAS. Food for thought

      My claim has not even been fully adjudicated or closed out and completely resolved. It would seem presumptuous to just respond as if my care or concern had actually been addressed or handled correctly... Shame your inner company communications lack so much???
