      If you want to get ripped off than get American auto shield! They will have hidden charges from whoever fixes your vehicle. I was charged $637.00 on top of my deductible and not one word was spoken to me about it!

      Paying monthly fees for platinum coverage for basicly nothing. Most repairs are not covered. Many excuses for not paying or performing repairs.False advertising and misleading general public through TV ads and digital media. They should be banned from doing business.

      I would give zero stars if possible. They lie about their coverage and policies to get you to sign up then when you have a break down you have to come out of pocket a lot. They tell you up to $100 is covered on your rental but in reality only $40 is which doesn't even cover a rental. Avoid business with them at all costs. They won't pay the fair labor costs to the shop. Send refurbished parts that break down later

      I was very skeptical at first about using Car Shield. I thought they were another company that denied 85% of claims, but I was pleasantly surprised when I had an issue with my 2014 ****** Camry. Every time I called for an update, everyone was accommodating. I was without a car for about two weeks, so I had to rent a car and pay out-of-pocket, but after completing the process for a refund, it was approved. I did have to pay one mechanic a diagnostic fee and the taxes for my rental, but overall, Car Shield saved me a lot of money.

      October 13, 23 I purchased ****************** CHXM4828798 for my vehicle. **** asked me detail of my year, make, model and mileage. I told her at ******* walked me through the website to verify coverage of what I purchased for. Dec 28 I brought my car into the dealer after I have some noise issues. January 3rd sent out an adjuster to inspect the car. *** 4th ******* asked for my oil change record and I provided on January 5th January 10 they finally got it and told me that ******* is the adjuster will working on the claim to approve the repairs. On January 12, AAS representative called me and asked for 12 months of receipts on oil change, asked me for the Bill of Sale and I provided the same day. January 15, ****** from ******* called to tell me that the representative did not sell me the right plan and admitted that it was the company fault to sell me the ************* care plan and stated that *** told her to call me to down grade the contract to **************** in order to move forward with my claim or cancel my plan and give me my money back.I had also told her that since it is your representative's mistake and not mine, you should at least honor the plan that I am in and pay the claim, she cant shuffled me from one plan to another and give me whatever that she likes in the middle of my claim. I did asked her to escalate to the higher level and she told me that she is the highest level that I can talk to and theres no one else. Please look into this matter and help me finish my claim, ******* down size my plan and I know you can't see detail of what's going on. Please look into this matter and help me resolve my claim under ******* extra care plan because that's what is on my contract and I don't deserve this kind of treatment, mislead, abusive, fraud and alter my original contract that I had sign up for. I did email my complaint to Carchex president and Vice President of the company on January 19 and today no response from them.

      The guy who came was WONDERFUL!!! he made me feel safe he was confident what he was doing. It was great service However, the woman on the phone took 45 minutes. Well Im sitting in a dangerous situation before she actually called the wrecker.

      The Car Warranty company all American Auto Sheild is a fraud and a very bad company. They use Carhsheild to do their money collection and they will deny every claim you submit big or small. First, they will ask for a year's worth of car service records even though they will tell you pre-existing conditions are ok as long you start your claim after 250 miles or 25 days. They will take your time and don't care about anything you say. I had very bad experience with them and would like to advise others to stay away from them. Even their reviews are terrible.

      I wanted to leave a ZERO RATING but had to chose one to post.Your services are horrible!! Car Shield is HORRIBLE!! I PAY FOR PREMIUM SERVICES AND GET TAKEN FOR MY MONEY AND NO SERVICES.FILING A REPORT WITH THE BBB AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SOURCES, LOCAL NEWS AND PAPER.I HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED
