    I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY !!! THEY'RE A FRAUD AND STEAL FROM THE CONSUMER !!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS AND THE COMPANY YOU REPRESENT !!! AS YOU CAN SEE, FROM THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU'RE TAKING ADVANTAGE FROM THE HARD WORKING FOLKS WHO TRUSTED YOU FROM THE START. HOWEVER, YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING EXCEPT DISAPPOINT AND STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!! I HOPE WE CAN FILE A CIVIL SUIT AND TAKE YOU OUT OF BUSINESS !!! MORE TO FOLLOW !!! SUBMITTED BY . I Totally Agree and would join this civil suit. what a bunch of crooks. imagine not covering a dishwasher because the seal failed. (no c*** thats why i have insurance or so i thought!) or your refrigerator has a small pinhole leak in the walls of the fridge since its a ******* and you cannot take a picture of it. This company refuses to pay for anything. even the ****** service fee by the service company which they said they would refund all but *****. it has now been over a month! dead refrigerator i had to go buy a new one on my own and now having to buy a dishwasher too. i dutifully paid my premium for almost 2 years without ever filing a claim. i would love to vist ********. to give tham a piece of my mind. for the love of god dont trust these crooks!

    It is not surprising that all the reviews I looked at have earned a 1 star rating. Regrettably I did not look before I signed up a year ago. This is the most incompetent business organization Ive ever dealt with. Initiated my first claim May 1st to repair my washing machine to date June 26th it has not been repaired. Take these reviews seriously. The cookie cutter responses from Armis clearly indicate that they do not care about their clients or their business.

    First of all, they falsify information. You are doing your own research to find companies to do any work on your appliances. The first job was my washing machine but thought I would give them a second chance, well, on June 2nd I contacted them about a water heater. The representative told me everything that I needed to submit for the claim, 2 days later the I get a call with their decision to not pay me because I did not provide pictures of a hole underneath the water heater. The diagnosis clearly states leaking water heater. Do not waste your money with this bogus extended warranty company.

    I have been trying to get this company to fix my icemaker to the refrigerator since April 15th 2023.First I had to get my own repair person. I did. He reported to the company the problem, (need a new refrigerator door). The company sent someone out to look at the door, and to take a picture. This was done.The repair person said the ice maker needed a part.We went back and forth on this issue until the end of April.Now they want me to pay half the cost for the part and they pay half.

    This company is pathetic. Save your money Don't waste it on this company. Been trying to get my washer machine fixed for a month and a half. When I started having issues with my washer I called and said that I needed someone to come out. They asked me if I wanted to find a contractor or what I like for them to provide one. I really didn't want to go through the hassle of having to find a contractor that was willing to work with the warranty company. So I suggested for them to find me someone. Fast forward, I can't get the contractor and the warranty company to work together to resolve whatever issue or whatever paperwork they need to get my washing machine fixed. Every time the contractor brings something that they asked for, all the sudden they need something else f4om the contractor. Like I said it's just a waste of time and money. Save your money. If they had a zero star that's the rating they would get from me. One star is way too much.

    Armis has no plumbing or electrical servicers in ********, which I was not told when I signed up. An important question for potential customers of any such firm - "Do you have service people in my area?" Armis is primarily active in ******** I reluctantly give Armis a one-star rating due to the subterfuge.

    I started my claim in April and now its May with no repairs done but the same bull they saying over and over waiting on the repair man's fees 1ve a paid 145 for service way over the 68 dollars I'm supposed to pay washer is still down but they make sure to keep drafting your account for monthly payment while nothing has been down at your house no matter what you send a call or text them you keep getting the same broken record waiting on the repair man the only thing they are good for is answering your call, and lying to you about what they need before your claim can be approved, and taking your money and nothing else

    Late March, 23 I noticed water entering my basement & going down the floor drain. We had a lot of rain. Didnt think much about it! After 4 or 5 days it did'nt stop. I turned off the main water line to the ********** stopped. Called the water company & had them turn off the water.April 11, 23 called Armis told them about the problem. They said call a plumber of my choice. I called Over Flow. They sent someone to look at the problem April 12/23. A small chunk of basement interior wall had come off by this time. My husband said he did not want the basement wall jackhammer. He said it was likely a leek in the wall & wanted the pipe cut at the foundation exterior *************** basement wall. He wanted pex pipe run through old pipe & hooked up to the existing piping & whatever new piping had to be installed. The plumber agreed that was the best & least expensive way to fix the problem. This was done on April 13, 23. it fixed the problem completely. No mention of frozen pipes or anything unusual at that time. Just a routine jobpipes develop leeks--normally! I paid Over Flow, made a copy of the ************** it off to Armis.Several days late received a voice mail from Armis saying they need more information from Over Flow & were going to call them. A day later I received a call from Armis-the claim was denied. I called Armis 4/18/23 around 10 am. They stated ******************* said the pipe had froze. I called the plumbers office about 10:30 am. ***** had spoken to Armis & told them she could not say why the pipe began to leek for sure. She said that we had not had freezing weather since Dec. 22. They had several people with frozen pipes then not since. Basements keep a constant temp of about 60 degrees in March/April it 's unlikely the pipes froze. ***** is willing to make a statement saying she did not say the pipe froze & not the cause of the leek. Pipes develop leek-its just life.
