    Filed a claim and had my water heater fixed the next day. So far no problems at all and was able to use the guy Ive been using for years. Only got headaches from home shield so happy I changed!

    If I could no Star I would, ************ is Totally FRAUDULENT. My washer can clearly be repaired, They told me several times to pay for the repair and they would reimburse me. When I signed up for this warranty I was Falsely Misled about how they would pay for covered parts and Now ***** said Pay for the repairs and We'll give you Precentive of the repair The total cost is $589.27 and they would send me a check for $289.00 PLEASE LISTEN TO ME.DO NOT GET GOT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR APPLIANCES AS THEY SAY THEY WILL. BELIEVE ALL OF THE REVIEWS OTHERS HAVE SAID TO BE ACCURATE. I HAVE ALL CALLS RECORDED AND IT'S REALLY SHAMEFUL FOR THIS COMPANY TO BE IN BUSINESS TO BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY MONTHLY AND NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEY'RE DECEPTION.

    They refused to pay on my claim. I call several times to get a plumbing claim resolved . I am geed up with warranty gimmicks.

    I will give 1 star because I have to.HomeSafe and ARMIS HomeSheild and Amerisheild are useless and a waste of money..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE COMPANIES!! THEY WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO GET OUT OF PAYING FOR THE REPAIR. I have been paying for years and finally had a claim. They told me they would have someone out within 24 hours 3 days later I call them and was told they could not get anyone service company to come out or work with them. I dont live in a small town, I live in the Mpls/StPaul area where there are thousands of service companies.I called and got service company to come out and fix my fridge and HomeSafe or Armis would pay anything. My claim was denied. It look 1 month for them to tell me it was denied. I have had many other warranty company's and never experienced anything like this.The only thing this company does well is take the money monthly out of my back account. DO NOT GIVE HOMESAFE OR HOMESHEILD YOUR BUSSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

    Well here is another unsatisfied customer.we had a problem with the air conditioner called home safe they told me they would get someone out to fix it or we could use our own choice we used our own choice. There was a leak in the unit. The company we chose to come would not file the claim said they had to many problems getting payed from Homesafe.so I filed it myself they refused to pay the claim because the technician could not get a picture of leak. We had to pay. 3 weeks later (cold weather) our heat went out. Call Homesafe ,they gave us name of heating and cooling company .we call them,very good company, after having this unit serviced before we had the same problem it was leaking. The technician did everything Homesafe told him to do in filing the claim and again Homesafe found a loophole to deny the claim.I canceled with the same day. Dont waste your time and money with Homesafe.

    WOW ! WHAT A SCAM HERE ! I HAVE CAR SHIELD AND THE FIRST WAS PAID WITHOUT HESITATION. THEN I'M CONTACTED BY HOME SHIELD TWO YEARS LATER, TELLING ME HOW THEY WOULD COVER MY HOME AS WELL ! AFTER SIX MONTHS, I FINALLY PUT IN A CLAIM FOR MY WATER HEATER. UNFORTUNATELY IT FELL UNDER THE DISCLAIMER RULE OF BEING OVER TWELVE YEARS OLD... THEN A MONTH OR SO LATER MY WASHER WENT OUT ! GUESS WHAT ? ANOTHER DENIAL ON THEIR PART AGAIN ! THIS TIME THEY SAID IT WAS A POWER SURGE ! SORRY THIS WAS NOT AT ALL THE **** IAW THE SERVICE TECH. NO WHERE IS IT SAID OR WRITTEN ON THE ESTIMATE. THE SERVICE COMPANY WHO CAME OUT AND DIAGNOSED THE WASHER SAID IT WAS AN INTERNAL AND SAFETY LID SAFETY SWITCH THAT HAD GONE BAD... AGAIN, NOTHING MENTIONED AT ALL. I EVEN WENT AS FAR AS CALLING MY DUKE POWER COMPANY/NOTHING IS DOCUMENTED THAT THERE WAS A POWER FAILURE/SHUT DOWN DURING THAT TIME FRAME ! FURTHERMORE, I HAVE SOLAR PANELS FOR BACK UP ! I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE AGENT (***) THAT ARMIS/HOME SAFE CALLED THEM FISHING FOR ANYTHING THAT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM PAYING OUT THE CLAIM. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT $700 DOLLARS/NOT $7000. DOLLARS HERE !!! THIS HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH OR SO IN THE RUNNING WITH NO PROMISE TO FIX OR REPLACE THIS TWO YEAR OLD WASHER.SO, WHAT AM I TELLING YOU ALL !!! THEY WILL CALL BEHIND YOUR BACK AND FABRICATE A STORY TO GET OUT OF PAYING THE ****** I GUESS IF THE ***** AND MOON ARE NOT LINED UP IN FASHION, THEY USE THIS METHOD TO GET OUT OF PAYING ! SO, WITH THIS BEING SAID, I'M STILL WAITING ON A SECOND LOOK HAVING THE ORIGINAL COMPANY WHO LOOKED AT MY WASHER IN THE FIRST PLACE TELL THEM THAT THERE WAS NO POWER SURGE ! THIS WAS FABRICATED BY HOMESAFE TO GET OF OF PAYING AGAIN ! SO, I WILL BE PATIENT AND BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK, I HOPE TO HAVE A BETTER ANSWER/RESULT OTHER THAN A SECOND DENIAL ON MY ISSUES... IF THIS IS DENIED AGAIN I WILL TERMINATE MY PAYMENTS AND CONTRACT SINCE THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED TO SAFEGUARD YOUR HOME INVENTORY OF APPLIANCES AND WORKING COMPONENTS !!!

    1. HomeSafe and their subsidary ARMIS are NOT good companies to do business with--they don't standby their advertisement. I had a contract with them for two different houses. When my double oven and refrigerator stopped working on Nov 28th, I call them and initiated a claim. I also asked them to please refer to me a repair company that has worked with them in this local area on claims and repairs. **************** gave me a company in ********* that would contact me shortly. I made this request based on my prior experience with relunctant service technicians unwilling to speak to and to provide the details that Warranty Companies requested. The ********* company called for a scheduling date--they missed the first one, technician called and said he would come by the next day, he didn't showup. On the third day the tech showed up unexpectantly, came in, played with the controls on the panel, and informed me that the setting was 35 degrees off.2. We had the thermostat replaced a year ago; on the same visit he test the repair part and everything was okay. The ********* tech instructed us to set the temp control 35 degrees higher than the receipts called for--then he left, leaving no service document(s).3. I called back on 12/12/2022 to HomeSafe a couple of times more and didn't get a satisfactory answer. On 12/14/2022 I called back and was referred to different reps six different time.4. Finally, I spoked to a cancellation ******** didn't want me to cancel; nor would he let me speak to a supervisor so I could get some form of restitution as since it have been a long time since 11/28/2022, I just replaced both appliances. He said what I was asking for was akin to bribery. I stated emphatically that I still wanted to cancel my home warrant contract with HomeSafe/ARMIS. He was very upset with me; and finally yelled into the phone "Your contract is now cancelled and you won't be charged going forward! He added; viciously, "Have a blessed day!"

    There were blatant misrepresention of who this company was. ********************* the first CSR, I talked to told me that your company is a ******** of ********* which was not true. The claims process is a blatant misrepresentation of what they say they can do compared to other companies, which was an outright lie. This Homesafe company is in no way better than anyone else. Don't believe their hype. They refused to pay any of my claim for a repair on my refrigerator. It just seems that they get your money but, do not pay for your claim. Not only are not reimbursed for the service provider's fees, the service provider is not paid either. They are not anywhere close to the type company that CARSHIELD IS. If you encounter them run like h*** Disgruntled senior citizen,and disabled veteran.

    My 90 year old dad has had no AC for 8 days. They called and them and 3 days later, nothing. I called, raised cane. They sent out a guy, he did a quick fix of feeon, that leaked out and never worked. Now 2 days later and a Friday still no AC. The home is 90. The problem I see is no vendors to come out that accept the home warranty. They need to work on that.I also see no follow up on calls placed and is service done or not. Bad warranty company so far for $80/mo. In NV.

    ****** 2022, I received 2 phone calls from Home Shield urging me to purchase a warranty for appliances and etc. I acted on that request. It was effective after 20 days. I paid the initial fee and required premiums.07/05/22 I contacted Home Shield (Aramis) concerning my central air unit which needed to be replaced. I emailed a proposal from a ***************** Someone called the company and requested photos of the coil and model number of the unit. After the information was sent to Aramis, they refused to pay the claim stating that the coil was ***** and did not qualify to be replaced by Home Shield. This company is a fraud. They look for excuses to NOT pay. I will not encourage ANYONE to pay their money in this company.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and assist you in the resolution of this matter.While Homesafe is the marketer, Armis is the administrator and has FULL authority over repair procedures, approvals, denials and payments. We have reviewed Armis's claim notes and found the following:Customer had reached out to Armis to file a claim on 07/05/22 - a service provider had already provided the customer with an estimate to replace their A/C unit. An Armis representative let the customer know that in order to proceed with a claim - there was more information necessary to determine coverage as the service provider had just sent a replacement cost. After receiving the information necessary, including pictures - it was made aware that the coil was severely rusted. The policy excludes rust/corrosion and this is indicated on section A.3.B of the policy which was sent to the customer by mail and email. The customer requested cancellation on 08/3/2022 and we consider this matter resolved.Kind Regards,Customer Relations
