This is in relation to the ESPN app. I have opened support tokens over the past 2 years that have never been responded to. I called today and each time, while waiting, the call ended - not because of me. My support tokens are: ******, ******, ******, and ******. That’s four that I have not received a response to.

My phone got stolen and someone purchased ESPN on my phone on June 9th. I found out on June 12th and canceled the prescription and asked for my money back. They canceled the prescription but refused to give me my money back.

ESPN plus has been charging my credit card for several months every time I try to log into the account it tells me I need to subscribe. I have contacted them given my card number information, they refuse to cancel the subscription and refuse to tell me the email the subscription is billed to. The email I had given them states that the subscription had previously been canceled. They told me I needed to contact my Credit card company to find out the email that they’re billing it to. I did that and it is in fact, not the email that they are billing it to. I have no way of knowing what email address it is nor am I able to cancel the subscription. ******** it online shows that I am not the only person they have been doing this to.

I'm being charged monthly for an ESPN+ account that I didn't sign up for. I called ESPN+ and they require an email to the account in question to cancel it. I don't have the email because I didn't sign up for it. I said I have the card it is being charged to and they said they cannot help me. I canceled that card only to find out they started charging my new debit card! How did they get my new card number? The bank says I have to open a new bank account because this ESPN+ has my checking account number. They need to be shut down and forced to pay back everything they took from me and anyone else in this predicament.

I have subscribed to ESPN plus and they are not providing the services I agreed to pay for. Numerous features do not work which require lengthy customer support to simply read the articles. Streaming often does not work on ESPN+ games. Likewise, I regretfully upgraded to an annual payment for the discount and they continued to charge me for my previous monthly subscription and have yet to refund me.

I paid for a bet on the ESPNBet app. It was a 10 part parlay+ that had one part as a void because a player didn’t play in the game. Everything else in the bet won and according to their own rules, if a parlay+ has a pet that becomes void, the bet will be graded and paid out. I’ve had to contact customer support twice and they keep giving the exact same response, but ESPNBet isn’t paying the money.

Enrolled as a new customer to their ESPN BET application using promo code BOOKIES which advertised 150 in free bonus bets for new customers after placing a $10 wager

Created an account, deposited money, placed a 10 dollar bet to fulfill the terms of the promotion.

Bonus bets were never credited. Waited a few days, contacted support via the chat feature of the app. Was told the credit could take up to 72 hours. They gave me an exact time of 3:10PM the following day that the credit should appear by. That time expired, still no credit. Contacted support via the app chat again, got a bunch of excuses, run around, no resolution. Still have not received the credits from the advertised new customer promotion.

In the interim, have place additional bets, fulfilled my terms of the promotion multiple times over, ESPN hasn't made good on their advertised promo. I have been given no reason as to why. I have not received the advertised credit.

Request they fulfill the terms of the promo I enrolled under and credit the promised $150 in bonus bets to my account

After review of the player's account, it was determined that the Promo Code used was associated with a newer promotion than the $150 in Free Bets. However, after review of the complaint information ESPN BET has honored the original promotion details.

I have had bought the app about 2 years but noticed this year during the season of college basketball major program issues. The only reason I have this is because my son plays college baseball so I only watch during the college season. The announcers has made many mistakes about my son when he’s been playing. Even saying my son had an injury that he never had. Then for weeks this season the app blocks me when I am out of town and try to watch. Then last week my son starting pitcher and they missed the hole inning of ever out and pitching was not taped now I have had it with this organization I have called repeatedly and get someone in India that doesn’t help me resolve my problem in fact this time I called he was laughing when I asked to get a supervisor or manager to help he would not get anyone. I want this program held accountable for misinformation to the public and for missed innings of a game this unacceptable for any sports organization on social media. I have been told that they have violated a law by reporting an injury that did not happen. I have been told to sue this company.

Dispute with ******/ESPN over denial of paid services for ESPN+ streaming. ESPN+ is offered as a bundled service with ***** and ******+, and advertises coverage of *** ****** as part of ESPN+ streaming. During the regular season, ESPN+ offers coverage of over 80% of *** games and advertises this figure. ESPN+ has denied coverage of all *** ******* games that the customer is paying for, despite nearly all of those games being broadcasted on the ESPN network and phone application. ESPN+ obfuscates all direct contact (phone #, chat) regarding issues. When requesting a refund for denial of service, I was told to contact ****** instead despite them being part of the same corporation. The only recourse I was offered to get *** coverage via ESPN was to buy cable, which ESPN+ advertises as an alternative to. This appears to be a consorted effort by ESPN to remove content that it promises on its “ESPN+” bundle, which it furthermore advertises as streaming of the ESPN network plus additional sports content. Instead, this “plus” network does not appear to even cover basic “ESPN” content.

We reached out to the viewer on 5/16 via email.  We advised the viewer that NHL Power Play provides over 1000+ out of market games during the regular season. During the playoffs,  the games are televised on linear tv (ESPN, TNT/TBS) which requires a cable/satellite provider. They can watch ******** on ESPN via the app or web by logging in with their cable/satellite provider. We offered the viewer 3 months of refunds for the inconvenience and have been awaiting their acceptance to our offer.

ESPN+ falsely misleads the public by stating the ESPN app is needed to stream, AND does not reveal that a provider is also necessary until AFTER payment has been charged, therefore rendered ESPN+ unavailable for desired streaming and the payment of 10.99 was for nothing for me. Had ESPN+ stated upfront that a provider is needed there would've been no reason for me to sign up!
