I ordered back in late September, got email it would be shipped out oct 5th, it wasn't. Got another email it was delayed and would be upgraded & shipped out nov 5th. I asked for tracking number they said they didn't do tracking numbers at the time. They clearly lied because I got a tracking number through fedex but they delievered it to some address over 2 hours away from me. I emailed again and they said "well it says it was delievered". So I emailed again with the screen shot of my order at check out with the right address. I explained that I called fed ex and they said that it was an issue on vib07's end because the address they provided didn't match the one sent it. I emailed them again and they admitted fault but wouldn't offer to refund or exchange product, just that they were "looking into it" and "will let you know when we have an update" I still have yet to hear anything and it's been almost 2 weeks.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Vib plate for 199.00
I asked the company to cancel my order, no response.
Then I received a tracking number for the product, it eventually said delivered, but I never recieved my product.
I emailed the company, actually got a response saying they would look into it
Now today I'm getting another charge of 39.99, still no product, did not approve of this new charge.
I talked with my bank and they said I signed up for a monthly subscription of some sort, no where on my purchase did it say it was a subscription so that was false. But the company is now charging me monthly, and I still never recieved a product.Initial Complaint

Their trade name VIB07 has been ghosting me since the first day of issue. I ordered Oct. 11. I did everything correctly on my side. I have contacted them and the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier said it is VIB07 fault for labeling the tag wrong. I have sent many emails to VIB07 trying to resolve this matter. I'm looking for a full refund at $199.Initial Complaint

This company is fraud and does not actually mail anything to you. They continually make you think the ***** shipment is true but your product got delivered to the wrong address. With further inspection on the photo, the product isn't even correct. After researching there is hundreds of others in the same situation with the same issue of the "product" being delivered to the wrong address. This company somehow is using ***** to make it look legit.Initial Complaint

On October 26th, 2024 I ordered a Vibration Plate from this company with EXPRESS shipping. My order didn't ship until November 17th and then said it was delivered on November 20th. It was delivered to the wrong address (not by the mail carrier) because the company shipped it to a completely different address. This was confirmed by *****. The company is continuing to tell me they are working to resolve the issue by getting the package back... but they keep leading me on. I have requested a new package to be sent or to be sent a refund but apparently those aren't viable options for them. I'm frustrated and feel like they are scamming me, especially after reading the other complaints here.Initial Complaint

Same as previous complains, I was told that they have backorders and that i need to wait. I was patiently waiting for over a month, then they finally provided the tracking number which would be trackable but wouldn't show the end information (name, address).
At the day of the delivery, I received an email that my package was delivered. Which off course, was not! The photo of the delivery shows a completely different building with no number of it.
In my case it was an easy verification with the FedEx, because an agent was able to verify that the tracking number belongs to a completely different person and a different address.
I immediately filed fraud with my CC.

I placed an order with this business on September 29th. I started reaching out to them about my order after not receiving it on October 6th. They were supposedly having major delays, which I understood because the product had become super popular. After weeks of going back and forth with updates, I finally received a tracking number and tracked my package only to see it was delivered to someone in ** ***** **. I am in ******** **. I emailed them about this and requested a refund at that point. They emailed me back and in the email they confirmed that I had the correct tracking information for my order and they confirmed my shipping address. That was it. Nothing else was stated. So I emailed them again asking for an update on my refund and now they have gone radio silent. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer and now I am out of $200 for a product I never even got to try. I'm not even sure I can dispute the charges with my bank at this point because I did a pay in 4 plan. I just advise that NO ONE shop with this place ever again.
