1 starWorst company I have ever had to deal with!
They have rescheduled my delivery over a dozen times in the past month, and they dont let you know it needs to be rescheduled until the day of. I have taken off work a countless amount of times at this point to be home for the delivery. Before this they delivered a damaged fridge & held up the exchange for a new one because they lost the one that was being returned to Samsung. It has now been 2 1/2 months and still nothing when delivery was supposed to take roughly a week. They will confirm up and down that they item would be delivered on the next reschedule & then at 9-10pm at night they update there systems on there side only to cancel your scheduled delivery with no notification to you. The only way I find out is about 10am on delivery day getting a confirmation that "your order is ready to schedule your delivery"Review fromStephen K.

1 starXPO failed to deliver a package for the third time. Customer service and the management could care less. They want you off the phone asap and will do anything to get you off including lying. Worst service company ever. Can’t believe ****** tarnishes their name by relying on this company.Review fromMel H

1 starDo Not Ship with XPO.!! Your best bet is to use another carrier....We shipped 3 pallets of construction material to our customer... XPO broke one of the pallets. We lost $6000 of product.. But that's not all, the driver told our customer to sign the delivery receipt and to notate that a pallet was broken items subject to count.
When we filed the claim, they denied it and blamed our customer for signing the delivery receipt!
We tried to call them but the Claims Analyst never answers the phone.. Everything is done online.. When we filed the dispute online they said they would only pay $2,000 because we didn't count the material to see if anything was missing...
We emailed them back to explain that the driver who was in a hurry told the customer to just sign and and notate that there's a short.. Each time we send them an email they send us an automated No Reply email stating that the claim is closed.. We tried calling many different phone lines and no one will get us through to a Claims supervisor... Save yourself the hassle and just use a different carrier.Review fromcp P

1 starI spent 257 minutes on the phone with XPO Logistics in order to get a Certificate of Insurance for my condo building sofa delivery. They sent me in circles, calling new representatives multiple times per day. Emailing a separate department called "last mile" that they have no ability to contact except via email. I sent requests for a COI with clear instructions from my building to a few addresses I was given. No one fulfilled the request. Frustrated, I spoke to more reps from XPO (probably 4 or 5) who submitted email requests on my behalf. I even spoke to "Resolution Specialists" and employees in the shipping hub who could not get the COI fulfilled.
Eventually I was told the COI was complete but that only a hard copy existed. I had to call a few times explaining that a hard copy is printed via a soft copy - that I needed a pdf for my building to process.
The number of times I had to explain my situation to a new customer service representative, verify my phone number and address, tell them that they can call me by my first name... I have their customer service prompts memorized. Not only that, but most of their reps talked back to me (telling me something was done when it wasn't) and multiple even hung up after placing me on a hold - and didn't call back. They couldn't handle the task at hand, which isn't their fault - but how can a company be set up this way? That people who draw up these COIs can't be reached except via an inbox they don’t answer? They even loaded the sofa into a truck and called me 30 mins out - like they would strong arm me into accepting the delivery without the COI I told them I needed. My order was placed on hold and they still shipped it once.
It's supposed to arrive this week. I'm praying it isn't damaged.
This company literally made me feel sick. Please set up your service reps for success. Restructure and reorganize. Your employees need access to resources to fulfill basic requests.Review fromKatie D

1 starXPO Last Mile specifically is the absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. I bought a washer/dryer from ******* and XPO was to deliver and install both. Delivery and installation was supposed to be August 1. I received a call from the delivery driver on July 28 saying he was on his way. I let him know that I wouldn't even have keys until 8/1. Called XPO branch and they rescheduled for 8/1. I received numerous calls and emails confirming 8/1 delivery, and even an automated call saying I was up next. I waited for 3 hours only to be told that I was not on the schedule for delivery and it would be 48 hours before I could reschedule. The next day I received a call saying my delivery was now rescheduled for 8/17. Since the ****** branch had proven themselves to be useless, I emailed general customer support. Tiffany was able to get the delivery rescheduled for 8/4. She was super helpful. 8/4 comes around and they delivered the washer and dryer but the warehouse was out of hoses so they'd have to come back within 7 days to install. On day 7 I still had not received a call. Austin branch told me the earliest delivery would be 8/25. I emailed Tiffany again asking if she could help. She was able to get a delivery on 8/16. Once again, super helpful. Today is 8/15 and I just received a call saying the soonest they could deliver would be 8/25 because they were so booked. Had they set realistic expectations from the beginning I would have gone a different route. A month to install and deliver a washer and dryer? Ridiculous. They're all inept and useless. I cancelled installation with ******* directly and am just going to figure it out myself. I hope to never have to deal with this horrible company ever again.
One star is too generous for this company.
XPO Last Mile is the worst company in the entire world. The absolute worst. Unapologetic, shady, inept and absolutely horrible. They all need to be fired. Except Tiffany. She was helpful.Review fromSanjiv P

1 starThis is very very upsetting. I paid for the refrigerator on June 22 for delivery of July 28. That is more than a month to iron out the logistic. I was set to have the refrigerator delivered on July 28 by XPO. I stayed home to accommodate delivery. No one called or showed up. I called back to find out about the delivery time and then customer service told me that they can not deliver till August 8. Then they changed to Aug 11 and finally got delivered on Aug 12. That is 15 days late from originally anticipated. I threw away lots of frozen and refrigerated products. I had no alternate refrigerator so I had to purchase milk, vegetables, meats and other items everyday and throw away left over every day as I did not have place to keep them safe and healthy to consume. It cost me every day. Who is responsible for this? I need reimbursement for all additional cost for XPO's failure. Absolutely 0.00 accountability by XPO on providing service. I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star. Will never do a business where XPO is a delivery partner.Review fromTessa M

1 starXPOLogistics was unable to follow basic instructions and use a call box at the front of my building when they arrived. I spent 3 days sitting and waiting for them to arrive. They claim to call before they arrived but the calls did not come through to my phone and registered as spam. They are however able to call from their office which does go through to my phone. Once I figured out what was going on I asked them to use the call box on the front of the building when they arrived and spent the 3rd day at home waiting for the delivery. I received a text at 11:30 am from the product company saying my delivery would be here in 30 minutes. At 12:15 pm I called the product company and they told me that the driver was not in my area and the delivery would happen later that day. I sat by my phone the remainder of the day, no call from XPOLogistics but at 4 pm (the end of my delivery window) they called from their office and said they needed to reschedule for another day. I refuse to spend the 4th day waiting for a delivery to be made by a company that cannot complete it and have canceled the order.Review fromKyle H

1 starThey are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have rescheduled and canceled delivery of my orders at least 30 times and cannot talk to a local branch to coordinate deliveries. Absolute horrible company. ****** needs to drop them instantly as a delivery company. I am going to start shopping with other companies from now on as they cannot hold up their end of a purchase to actually deliver the item that they state they will deliver.Review fromArielle S

1 starThis company is absolutely ********. It is the company that **** uses for delivery of its products, and I gotta tell you - just drive to an **** and get your stuff, you'll be happier with the result. We scheduled our **** furniture delivery over a week ago, and checked in regularly to make sure that it would arrive on time. This morning, they gave us a delivery window, and then ... nothing. Eventually, they called to let us know that the furniture would not be delivered today, and since they coudln't be bothered to do anyting to solve this, we'd have to call **** ourselves to recshedule the delivery. They did not give us any reason why the delivery had been cancelled, and when i called ****, the woman at **** insisetd that the delivery was still scheduled for today - she had no idea anyting had gone wrong!
AVOID. Now we won't have any furniture until next week. If you know of any other companies that delivery through XPO, AVOID THEM.Review fromLeanza R

1 starAbsolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. I do not understand why big companies such as Costco continue to use them. They failed to deliver a couch on the day they said they would. I then had to wait a week to get a call from them to set up another deliver a week from then. No one on the phone has any idea what is going on and they keep saying they cannot "guarantee the delivery". You heard me right, not just they can't guarantee the time and day, but they can't guarantee it will be delivered at ALL. As of writing this review, I still have not received the couch I paid for. Do yourself a huge favor, anytime you purchase a big item or any house appliances, check to make sure who the store uses to ship. If it is XPO, stay clear and find some other store that will use a reputable delivery company. It will save you A LOT of time and headaches.
