      Absolute trash. Delivery canceled due to "DOT tome regulations". Customer service kept saying my order was delayed but the delivery driver was on his way until more than 3 hours after the "delivery window". I had to leave work early in order to be present to sign for the package as well. Customer all but hung up on me when trying to get answers or updates.

      This company is absolutely drowning in inefficiencies, horrible management or a lack of ethical business leadership. No matter which company I order from such as **** or most recently a sauna company, when they are involved it’s NEVER on time and there’s never any communication. It took 3 separate scheduling for my **** delivery and today I was expecting sauna stones and it said out for delivery and then changed at 4PM to say “awaiting customer scheduling” when I scheduled it for today. It took me calling to find out that the driver “broke his foot” and couldn’t deliver. I didn’t get a call, just an update saying they were waiting for ME to schedule delivery like I was the hold up. This company seriously is the worst to work with and has no respect for customers, their time, or their money. It’s straight up unethical behavior that should be dealt with accordingly

      I had a delivery that was to be completed by XPO logistics today. I had confirmed this date when I was asked to and received an email notification that the delivery was scheduled. This morning I received the notification that the shipment was out for delivery and would be delivered by 5. I missed work to be able to inspect and sign for my delivery at the scheduled time. 4:30 rolls around and I'm beginning to get nervous that it wouldn't be arriving in time so I call to make sure everything is ok. I'm told that the driver is running a bit late but he should definitely arrived before 5:30. I call again at 5:55 because there is still no sign of my delivery and the tracking number still says out for delivery by 5:00. I'm then told that the driver has returned to the warehouse because he was unable to complete the delivery because someone else's shipment was blocking ours in on the truck and he wouldn't be able to complete it on time. Now I have no choice but to interrupt my day again and my shipment will supposedly arrive between 1:00 and 6:00 tomorrow. When asked what would prevent this from happening again tomorrow I was told that they "couldn't account for mishaps" and therefore can't make any promises that this wouldn't continue to be an issue over and over again. I highly recommend against using this company for your deliveries and will also be writing to the flooring company that scheduled with this company for shipment.

      I am the freight manager for a warehouse in between Grand Junction and Telluride and we recently found that XPO loves to slap extra fees on lots and lots of our outgoing freight orders but never call to tell us. We find out on the invoice. Just with what we found in 2023, XPO has charged us with reclassification fees on pallets that did not even contain the products they reclassified it with and XPO has slapped residential charges on orders that went to commercial customers of ours. As far as the freight carrier prices go, sometimes they have better quotes but if you get hit with silent fees on the invoice later, you loose that discount pretty quick. If you can use a different freight carrier you should. XPO talks a good game and charges for one, but will deliver you a fist full of old moldy couch cushion french fries. If you do use XPO watch your invoice and be on guard.

      I was quoted $195.99 to ship some bumpers weighing 94lbs from *********** ** ********* XPO truck arrived on the correct day they said they would but....since I wasn't told that I was supposed to go online to their website to create the BOL, the driver couldn't pick up the crate. While the driver was still there I called XPO and was given no help. So I had to let the driver go. I went to the XPO website and figured out how to create the BOL, printed it out, and had it ready for the next day when the driver returned. He took the BOL and the crate, picked up the crate by himself and put it in the truck. I live in a residential area so I had called XPO and told them that there was a big church parking lot across the street that was easier to get into out of instead of my driveway. So that is where the driver picked up the crate. After the crate was delivered I received a bill in the mail saying that they had weighed the crate and it weighed 320lbs. There is no way it weighed that much. I called the number on the invoice, no answer, I left a message. They did not return my call. I drove over to their location and was given a name and number to call. Same results no answer, left a message. I called back to the original number and they answered. I was told that if I could prove the weight then they could resolve it. They changed the weight back to 94lbs after I sent proof of the weight. Then they added in several fees and now they are charging me $259 (that more than double the amount of the quote. I will never do business with them again!

      I ordered an item from tsc on 10/8 which had a promotion offering free shipping on purchases over 249, well I was charged 279 for shipping, and received a phone call 5 days later telling me to come to the end of my dirt road to pick it up, well in the 1st place if I could have picked it up I would have already done that, so I called the customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do about it but to have me come pick it up, I told her that’s why I paid the almost $300 shipping charge for, so then I just finally just told them to give me a refund, 18 wheelers go down my dirt road all the time, sounds like a scam to me so beware

      We use XPO as a carrier and the rates are good, but their accounting and collections department is atrocious. They say you are past due on things not yet delivered that they haven't even invoiced. They don't send you every invoice and their resolution is just go to the website instead. Any time I have responded to their concerns and asked for assistance, they either forward it to someone else and never take ownership or they just plain don't respond. Their website is not user friendly in the least. Everything not yet paid says outstanding. There is no way to either filter to past due or filter out what has been delivered. You must go to each shipment and click download and hope it has an invoice. If it doesn't, that means either not delivered or yet again, someone at XPO didn't do their job and load it. They don't care. They will come after you for being late anyway. This means we have to regularly log in and check to see if that delivery now has an invoice available to download before we can pay it. They even send you past due notices that say we are negative days past due because it isn't due yet! They have done this for things up to 20 days away from being due. They have also lost our checks multiple times and have deposited checks without applying it to our account and come to us saying we didn't pay. We send every check with a remittance on where to apply this to and yet they say they didn't apply it to those because we didn't ALSO email a remittance to them for the check. That is insane and no other company we work with does this, especially if the check already cleared the bank. I have showed them proof of our check and remittance multiple times for one invoice. I have said repeatedly, hey this shows not cleared, do we need to reissue or pay another way? They don't even respond to that but later email me again saying we are in default for that same invoice. That has happened 3 times now for the exact same invoice. Our account manager never helps fix anything.

      Worst shipping company ever. I ordered equipment from a company on 9/1. XPO didn’t pick it up until 9/12. Now they’re telling me they won’t deliver to my house until 9/25. The shipment only needed to be moved from ********* ** *********not that far to ship something.

      XPO is the worst shipping company, XPO did not show up on the guaranteed day, I could not get a hold of them. XPO didnt answer emails texts or calls, they even text that morning saying item was on way, and never showed up. I had tv installer at house. wasted money because the tv never showed up until 5 days later, When XPO did answer 2 days later they could not care less that the item was not delivered on time.

      Shipped twice, damaged twice. Their drivers or logisitics/warehouse employees do not care about getting the package to final delivery in one piece. I've only used this company twice, but both pieces of equipment have been damaged beyond repair. That is incredible, considering how well it was made and how well it was packaged for transport.
