      I bought steel toe shoes for my husband as a fathers day present. Unfortunately they didn't fit, so I used their websites messaging app to say I needed to return the shoes. They emailed me back the next day asking me to send 2-3 pictures of the shoes, so I did (still in the box and unused). They followed up by responding that due to temporary warehouse issues they can't accept returns but as a 'goodwill gesture' would give me a 25% refund.
      I responded back that is not a goodwill gesture, as their company return policy, which is still on their website, says you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. I took screenshots of their website return policy, and a screenshot of my delivery date as proof that I was initiating the return within 4 days of delivery, well within their return policy window. They responded back offering a 30% refund. I said absolutely not, they need to send me a return shipping label and issue me a full refund to honor their policy, or I would file a dispute w/ my credit card. They haven't responded and now it's in my credit card company's hands. Luckily I have the entire email thread including pictures as proof of this company's antics. 'Temporary warehouse issues' preventing returns for 3-4 months - yet their website STILL touts easy returns.

      The product is great! Their customer service, however, is the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with. Their website clearly states what their return policy is, but they DO NOT honor it. I am stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit. Even though my situation qualifies for a full refund, they have offered to refund only 40% of the cost. It's been so difficult trying to get anyone to communicate with me that I had to file a Chargeback grievance with my credit card company just to avoid paying the charges until I could work something out with Invincible Shoe. I am still trying to resolve this after 3 months of this nonsense. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Ordered shoes late August, they came in after 4 WEEKS!!! They were too small, of course, and when I contacted them it took them days to respond. They were trying to have me pay for the shipping to return it when it was them who got it wrong. I told them I'll just dispute with my bank and they immediately sent me return label. I return it on Nov 5th, I expected it to take a couple of days to arrive there, but 1 weeks goes by and I see no updates from them. I take a look at the return tracking trough **** and it shows it was delivered the 8th. I wait another week and nothing still. I send them a message and the second I tell them who I was and what my problem was, no response again. So I go ahead and dispute with my bank after 2 more days. The second I dispute it, I get a message saying they now received it. I got my refund minus the shipping I paid for to get the shoes. DO NOT GET!!!!!

      I received the shoes i ordered they were to small. I messaged them through their web site a couple times trying to get a reply as to how i go about getting an exchange for a larger size. Received no replies to either message. Then tried emailing them very slow to reply. They asked what size i needed which i replied to then here nothing for a week and half so email again . After them asking again the size needed and then no responce to what i have to do to return the ones i got and when to expect the correct size. Finally got a reply that they needed pics of shoes. Sent pics again asking how i return the pair i got. Finally got a reply that it is now 2 months after ordered and after the return time even though i started contacting them before the return period. Horrible business to deal with! NEVER RECCOMEND!!!!!

      The shoes look reasonably good, but I didn't keep mine. I started the return process and it was a hassle. You have to send photos proving the box and the shoes are in perfect condition.
      Then, they don't pay shipping or send you a label. You eat the shipping: $29 for a $110 pair.
      I sent in photos. Customer service asks again for photos. I sent in tracking info without prompting. Customer service asks multiple times for tracking info. I sent it twice.
      Every time I correspond customer service asks me for my order number even though it's in the email thread.
      After 11 emails back and forth I finally figured out that their customer service representative is a bot! An AI bot!
      It's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen the refund show up on my card.
      Don't buy!

      Do not purchase from this company. It is a scam company. They will take your money and you will not receive your order. I have emailed multiple times for a refund as they have not delivered my order (over a month) and they have not answered. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

      I ordered 2 pair of shoes almost 3 weeks ago. Still have not received them. I contacted customer service numerous times. Their story always changes. At 2 weeks since my order date, I still didn’t receive an email that they shipped out. Agent said They ran out of stock in the PA warehouse, so they had to ship them from their overseas warehouse and they have shipped so I would be getting an email with tracking number. After a few days I contacted them again. They sent me a tracking number and said I should have them within a week, it still just says a label was created but no tracking. Coming from ****** It’s been 5 days since that email. Not looking promising I will get them anytime soon. I understand if that had to get them from ****** where they are apparently made, but they don’t keep you updated unless you constantly email every week asking what the status is.

      On April 11th, 2024 I ordered my wife a pair of Defender Pro. They charged my credit card $99.95. On the following dates I inquired about the shoes: 5/5/24 @ 10.14am; they responded 5/6 stating my order "has been dispatched" and they will provide a tracking number very soon. 5/16 I inquired again advising it's been 10 days since I was assured a tracking number, still no shoe. on 5/17 the response "your order is in transit and moving towards it's destination. Don't worry it will be arriving soon.". 5/25 no response, I asked "How long ago was my order placed? and didn't I already pay for it? 5/29 no response, asked them to cancel the order and refund me ASAP. 5/30 they respond "I hope this email finds you well. They Apologize: "I want to assure you that your order is indeed on its way and making its way to your doorstep. While we acknowledge that the tracking information hasn't been updated as quickly as we would have liked, please rest assured that we are taking immediate action to address this issue. We are in direct contact with the courier service to investigate and resolve this matter promptly." they go on asking for my patience. I responded asking them "are you refusing to cancel and refund me my monies? I also asked "Should I just dispute through my credit card company?", and advised them I don't want to wait any longer, I've been patient. 5/31 they again wish me good health and advised "I understand that you may have requested a cancellation or refund, however, I regret to inform you that it is not possible to process a cancellation or refund once an order has been processed or shipped. This is due to the nature of our processes and policies.". I asked for a date they shipped it on 5/31 right after receiving that last email, no response. Crickets.
      I'm disputing the charge now.

      Fraudulent company. They continued to say the order would be shipped and they never did. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

      Agree with these reviews. Should be zero stars. Had to dispute charge after a month of getting the runaround from customer service over 5 emails and still no tracking information. They also blocked my ability to log in on the website to track my order.
