  ZERO STARS. TOTAL RIP OFF. SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM INVINCIBLE. China based company. Received the product over one month after placing the order. I knew after two weeks of not receiving the shoes that it was not a legit company. The shoes are HORRIBLY made. I have no use for the shoes because they don’t even fit properly. Live and learn!!! My biggest mistake was not researching the company first and reading the reviews. SMH

  I had and extremely negative experience with this company. They do not use professional business practices. They offer zero warranty on their products, despite the name of their product being 'invincible'. The worst aspect is their condescending customer service practices. My shoe had two lace holes that were torn with gentle use. Their response was that no one else had ever complained about that--almost like they were trying to convince me that they are a real company. I would not recommend their products or this company in any way.

  Like most said I wish I seen these reviews before ordering it is a scam company. What I do not understand how are they Not shut down already and in jail. After ordering with my debit card the money was taken out immediately. After 2 weeks I asked where is my tracking number. They responded with your order was picked it will be shipped . A week later I wrote an email that I was disappointed where are my shoes . The next day I was provided with a tracking number from *****. I had a gut feeling this was a scam I did some research and found out these are the same shoes on ****** called the Indestructible shoes for $40-50. So when you order from invincible shoes they place an order from the factory in china whats even worse they don’t put the order in until you complain where are my shoes several times so they try to take your money and give you nothing . Good luck with the return it’s not even worth it take the loss. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN ALREADY. They ask you to get a tracking number for return for a reason because the company in china will never say they got the shoes back. And your out of the shoes and the money. With the tracking number the guy that’s running this Scam can prove to the ******* manufacturers they got the shoes all on our expense. It’s a guy running this scam from his basement . The company address does not even exist in that building it’s all fake. And what is incredible after all these negative reviews and god knows how many years these guy is still making money from us the hard working people it’s Embarrassing we live in America not some 3rd world country .

  Horrible experience thus far!! I placed an order over 5 weeks ago, I only got shipping information because I attempted to cancel my order! I need safety shoes for work and the time my employer required has expired, I had to purchase safety shoes from a different company in order to not be put on leave without pay! To make things worse my shoes are apparently still in ****** this company is supposed to be based out of *** **** from what I have researched, not sure about the quality of the actual shoes because I have yet to receive them! Customer service is email only, there is no direct phone contact to speak with anyone representing the company, I'm guessing it will be weeks more before I even receive them if I even do!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! It is definitely not worth all of this hassle!
