      Do not buy from this company. They messed up my order and I couldn’t get help. It looks like everything is automated and no human contact or help

      Ordered ladies shoes in 4/2024. By 5/13/224 shoes had not arrived to shipping address. We had to pay additional fees to have them shipped elsewhere. Received them 5/17/2024. They were the requested size in men's, not women's. I spent several hours and wrote dozens of messages, including 6 photos sent to customer service on the exact afternoon we received them. Today is 5/21/2024 and there is no progress in resolution or refund. The shoes look absolutely appropriate for intended use but the customer service is simply absent. Delayed shipping, wrong shoe size shipped, difficult to reach a person, to date, no closer to correction. I do not recommend this company.

      I placed an order and a week later still never received any tracking information or a way to see the status of my order. I tried calling and no one ever answered and I tried the online chat and waited over an hour for a response and even then, supplied my order number and never got a response. Absolutely a zero for me. I should've looked here before ordering.

      If I could give this company zero I would. I placed an order on April 18,2024 and it is now May 9th 2024 and have received nothing. I’ve emailed several times with responses claiming courier issues which were false nothing was ever shipped and to be patient. I have informed them to cancel my order refund my money and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid making an purchases from this company and save yourself a headache

      Very poor customer service. Phone always goes to voicemail and says you can live chat, but it only goes to the company and they message you back eventually. Had ordered my husband a pair with elastics for work. Their processing time says 2-5 business days. I contacted them at 8 days to check and they just provided me with their processing time which is false and claimed it was a stocking issue. have repeatedly emailed asking for a refund and they claim they have been shipped and they are in contact with the "courier". They are unwilling to provide me with an actually tracking number and I highly doubt I will ever receive these shoes. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

      Technically didnt break any rules that I'm aware of, but rest assured, they are a garbage company with an incredibly cheap and unsafe product. Nothing about them is innovative, clever, or even decent except their successful marketing campaign and surprising quantity of good reviews despite their being terrible in every way. That's actually shockingly impressive.
      The shoes required no engineering or rigorous testing, and use a last akin to a $10-20 amazon 'ghizybllo foot running shoe'. Their products arrive thoroughly beaten through their packaging and long after your order, with visible adhesive on them and -- their lack of customer service is in the fine-print.
      It seems like they follow all the rules (to my knowledge) yet somehow I'm left with the impression that their business model is criminal. Maybe it's just the combination of their pricing and advertising paired with such trash service and product.
      If nothing else, I'll praise them for embodying the inherent flaw in U.S. legal structure.

      They are the worst brand to deal with. Hidden shipping insurance fees. Don't stand behind their product. Horrible customer service and response times. Avoid this brand at all costs!

      This company seems to be scamming people. I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/9/23 and still do not have them as of 1/8/24. I have contacted the company on many occasions, but they just keep telling me they are attempting to contact the shipping carrier. I have been told repeatedly to be patient and they can understand my frustration. I asked for the name of their shipper and a tracking number but they have not been able to give it to me, even once telling me that they can't locate who the shipper was. I asked them twice to just ship another pair to me and then they can fight it out with the shipper, however with those requests the responses have stopped and I am now being ghosted. I am also going to be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office for fraud and deceptive practices. Buying a pair of shoes for Christmas should not have to come with such ridiculous issues to have to spend so much time fighting to receive what you ordered. Jordan is the one who wrote to me in the past and is no longer responding.

      Absolutely horrible company. I spent ~400$ on shoes for our new factory. One pair arrived, plus the insoles, never recieved the other 2 pair. I kept emailing, got a couple of responses saying 'not to worry, they are on the way'. OK, fair enough, I get it. Then multiple weeks go by, it is a corporate card so I needed to complete the expense report. Finally, I gave the order# to my collegue (who also wasted hours of her time trying to get in contact). Eventually she got somebody by telling the chat they are horrible and we are disputing the charge. I did get a prompt refund, and the pair we got were nice, but it absolutely is not worth the risk and hastle of dealing with these guys. Plus the free exchanges, that probably is a total lie based off my experience and others. I regret not checking this out on BBB sooner. I cannot express enough how frustrated this company made me, it is borderline stealing. There was probably never any intent to ship my shoes. Don't make my same mistake!

      POOR QUALITY, GOOD LUCK RETURNING IT
      These shoes were made with poor workmanship. The moment I took them out of the box the laces were falling apart. I hadn't even put them on yet. They also smelled horrible, like toxic rubber VOCs. I went to return them, and the return process was by far the worst I've ever experienced. They try really hard not to let you return it. You have to email them requesting return instructions, then they ask you why you want to return it, then in a separate email they ask for pictures, they take their time responding, and then finally they send you the return instructions. They don't pay for shipping and charge you a fee if you don't follow the instructions to a T. This is assuming I'm even going to get a refund back, which I haven't yet. I would really think twice before buying from this company. I really regret it, and definitely won't trust them again.
