      I placed an order online for the new style. I got an email saying they had shipped and a few days later had them. First pair of steel toes I have ever bought. The soul of the shoe was coming off or not properly glued on during manufacturing. On a Saturday I started a text message request with them. Had to send pictures of my problem. By the afternoon a new pair was on the way. Very helpful customer service. When I missed the responding text they called. I am sorry these other people had issues but I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this company. They stand behind their product and customer service was east to talk with.

      They STOLE MY MONEY. Never sent my Black Defender shoes for women. They sent an email stating my shoes was in ***** for order to be filled in 2022. It’s now 3/17/2023 and they never sent my shoes and they never refunded my money. They should be shut down for false advertisement and stealing money from consumers. Do Not order from this company.

      I ordered one pair of shoes, but during check out the site keeps trying to sell Add On's, I kept hitting Decline, however, I must have accidentally missed and hit the order button because I was charged for two pair. Within 20 seconds of placing the order I tried to cancel it - messaged them on 2 different emails and called customer service. The next day when I tried again they said it had already shipped, which was untrue according to their own website. They still would not change or cancel my order. Very sketchy.

      Sorry to hear you had an issue. For some background info, we can't cancel an order that's already been processed and shipped as we'd have no guarantee we have the products returned. Instead the best procedure to follow is to just file a return once the product arrives and then we refund the customer. According to the tracking information from your order https://track.shiptracker.io/****************** it looks like the order was shipped out the next morning after the misorder. Tracking information can be delayed a few days so that's why it may not have shown.       Terrible sizing and misleading. Purchased these as per the great reviews on their own site. looked at sizing for hours and decided to go a little smaller than I do for ***** They say to compare size to *****specifically. I got them and were so excited but the size was huge now to exchange I have to pay to ship to them before waiting to get my own so not only loss of time on when I have a shoe that fits but have to pay because their sizing scale sucks. Also, with communication I had to wait a day each time after messaging them to get any information.

      Sorry to hear you had an issue with sizing. Sizing in general is a tough one due to the wide variety of feet we deal with so issues can happen. We post our size chart clearly on each product description on our website for customers/visitors to see. Customer care also tries to answer as many people as possible, but some days we do get a bit backed up. We also charge a small exchange fee on to the customer for each return, but still overall lose money on each one. A member of our Customer Care team will reach out shortly and make things right.       I ordered my shoes and did not receive it until 4 wks later. I tried to cancel the order because it was taking too long. They said they couldn't cancel because it was already in process. The shoes were way too big for my size. I emailed them for return and they said I have to wait for an RMA# to be issued which I received 3 days later after requesting it. The return cost was not specified upon placing the order. I returned the shoes once I received the RMA# and paid $18 for returning it along with all the pictures as requested with the original package. They received my package two days after I mailed it which is still in the 7 days mark. I never got my money back. I emailed them several times and they did not get back with me until two weeks after my email. I disputed the charge through my credit card and they denied my claim. There has to be a way to monitor this company for fraudulent. I believe there's a lot of people getting rip off and this company is getting away with it. It's frustrating when I work so hard for my money and they can just take it without being accountable for it.

      I paid for product Thursday September 21. I emailed asking about product Tuesday September 27th. They emailed back saying
      “Please note that our logistic partner has already picked up your order and you will be provided with the tracking number soon.
      Please reference our shipping policy for more information on our current processing and shipping terms.
      Thank you for your patience and understanding.
      Have a great day ahead!”
      I paid for 2 day rush shipping and today September 29th I still havent received tracking info, the product or money returned for the rush shipping I paid for. I emailed asking for a refund for the money I spent on rush shipping and they responded with an excuse and blamed it on covid. I haven’t had problems with shipping from any carrier so I know it’s on their end.
      Why charge people for extra shipping costs for rush shipping when you can’t fulfil that option or return them their money for failing to deliver on that service you offered.

      Actually got one pair second pair MIA July 1 2022 when I ordered Told me pair got lost I paid extra on lost or stolen delivey. No answer on original email about lost shipment Emailed website no answer. They took my money So p#ssed.

      They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST customer service EVER. NO exaggeration. I emailed right away asking for return instructions. I got snarky response. Then finally the details. I then said I had covid and could not get to Post Office. The have some 7 day rule. They THREATENED me that if I do not return asap I would not get a refund. They ENCOURAGED me to go to the PO sick. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
