      My family, is suffering because of this company. Children are using toilet paper to stay warm. Men are supposedly out fighting the storm and restoring power. My pets are freezing, so cold they can’t move. I will die any day now, if left without power. Heat, water, food we are left without. Eversource is full of lying scum. My breath so cold as I shiver into a ball, hoping I spontaneously combust. Fire only so big to warm my family for the coming days, please god save me, save my family, save my neighbors.

      CEO should have his/hers electricity shut off until customers power is restored. Online outage since 6:15 am and status listed as “evaluating”. Crews have been out and no update. It’s 10 degrees out and it’s freezing and Christmas holiday. Should we go to a hotel or stay here and watch pipes burst. No accountability or necessary equipment to repair so CEO gets bonus for profit margin? Likely at ******* residence to avoid *** ******* *taxes. And we want to move to electric cars? That seems very unreasonable., now doesn’t it.

      Negative stars if possible and I’m waiting for the day enough happens to file an actual complaint and report , my condo that I own loses power every storm not even during but always after or before when it’s calm outside , and is not restored for many hours , I have not spent the month of Dec at my residence but have had the heat at 55 or less , my bill is 248 dollars with barely being there. Talk about winter price gauging. Eversource customer service is horrible and they are crooks. Sadly they are the most common in my condo association. Avoid them if you can at all costs. Being on a remote ski condo in nh makes it so there aren’t many options but tbh a battery generator and my ***** perform better than eversource ever does.

      Eversource is horrible to do business with! If I did not have to use them, certainly would not.
      My bill is paid every month, auto pay. I live in a duplex, that I had one of the 2 meters shut off, (2 years ago) because I did not need it since I was living here as a single family home. Well my bill went up, and the auto pay was not fully covering the bill. So i paid the extra with a different account. ( my fault, this account was connected to the old meter that is shut off) When they started threating to shut me off, I looked a little closer and found out I inadvertently paid the wrong meter (same house, same address, same name.) I contacted Eversource, appoligized and explained the situation. Requested to not disconnect me as I pay every month for years, without fail, and I in fact had the other meter $850 credit. I requested many, many times, please use the 850 to credit my account, or send me a check. Well they kept threating to shut me off, and they did shut me off, when it was very cold out. Many people at Eversource new I had a 850 dollar credit, and I kept asking not to be disconnected, use the extra money for my current account. Well they could not do that, I was with out power for a week! Calling Eversource and DPU everyday, trying to get this resolved! What joke, no customer service, they lie, cheat and this cost me $$$. What a disruption for my family. Wish I could use a different Elec. co. Seems there is no recourse, just take the horrible treatment.

      Delivery fees when company is making record profits? Monopoly on energy, forcing renters to succumb to these outrageous bills. What a scam. No CEO ought to make millions of dollars when their customers are seeing hikes like this.

      Received an email about our Gas service with Eversource alarming us that we would not have our services turned off or disrupted due to a communication error on their end. A few days later, we lost our heat/gas service for 2 whole days. When we called and made them aware of the situation, we had to go through 8 different customer service people before we got to a man who claimed he would refund us the 94$ “activation” fee to get our gas back on. A fee we should have never had to pay since it was Eversource’s error. We waited a month to see the credit. They told us 5-7 business days. We then called again to ask for our refund/credit only to be told it didn’t exist and they has no record of the refund. They were rude and truly lacking any compassion as we had a service turned off on us, were inconvenienced for days only to be charged more on account of their lack of communication/customer service.

      Set up auto-pay 16 days before due date to pay 4 days before due date. Getting double billed because "It takes a billing cycle to go through". That's a trap, they didn't even send me a bill this month. Any filthy practices to squeeze out a few more bucks from the customer. Corrupt company, just like the rest of ************** Ugly people.

      As a ******** *** resident since 2017, I've seen my electric bill from Eversource significantly increase from 2021 throughout 2022 with minimal change in usage. I've lived in different places throughout the U.S. and as well as in third world countries, and Eversource has been the most unreliable utility company I've ever had to pay for their service. It's understandable if power were to go out due to a major storm or other inclement weather, but electric power in Connecticut seems to unexpectedly go out sometime a couple times a month for no given reason. Eversource's lack of ability to provide reliable electrical power makes having a home generator a necessity, which is unsatisfactory.

      I was late on a payment paid early in morning an they came a disconnect It they kept saying 24 hour hold I told I had young children in home an they still payed no regard I spoke to agent Robert an superior christine an they still did not care my food spoiled an have I had to replace all of it they do more damage than help once it’s paid immediately in situation with children it should be priority they need to do better

      I've been with eversource for years. My bill hasn't been over $200. I've just received a bill this month for $331.24 this is insane you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
