I called in to file a claim. I was assigned to adjuster Jennifer. I explained what happened and she immediately wanted to setup the inspection for the 26,27, or the 28th. I advised that I would get with my fiancé to do so. He called and said that she refused and stated that she needed documents first of pictures and receipts. I sent pictures because that is easy to get. I told her that I am still not in the location because there is no power. I would get the receipts as soon as possible. I tried calling her after a few days and left a message. I also sent a text and reached out to her supervisor Ashley. I never spoke to her only left a message. Jennifer called back and said that she was sick. Next she sent an email requesting a police report which I am working on. I advised I should have all documents by Friday if we could set up the inspection. She advised that she need all the paperwork before the inspection. I advised I understood, but she still has to come out and inspect. At this time I let her know that I will be escalating this. I also let her know that it seemed to me as if she was prolonging the inspection and hiding behind paperwork that she just informed me she needed yesterday. I called customer service to request a possible new adjuster because I don't think Jennifer will be able to do her job without being biased. I don't feel comfortable and don't want her on my property. I was transferred to Ebony that stated she was a Sr. adjuster and that I did not understand the process. Ebony continued to over talk me and would not let me get a word in so I requested her supervisor . I was told that she could not get me to her supervisor. She then proceeded to tell me that she had time today and she stated that she get off at 5pm and would hold the phone until then. She placed me on hold then came back and hung up in my face.Business Response

I have been trying to reach someone at my car insurance company to address a question regarding a deductible being credited back since the middle of Jan and can’t get a straight answer from 5 different people I spoke with, told the person I need is Joe Rogers but I only get his voicemail every time I call but no response from my msgs. After a couple weeks of this I called again 2/14 asked to speak with management level person was transferred to who I thought was one explained everything only to be transferred again who was covering supervisor Christine just under 2wks ago who was helpful as much as she could but I was told covering manager would call me since who I needed to speak with (Deb)was on vacation but never did. I was given direct contact info for Deb so I tried calling her 2/20 thinking she will be back from vacation and her voicemail recording said she was in the office that day so I left her a message but still no response. I’m not sure what else to do as I can’t even get a phone call back or speak with a higher level person at this company and this is very frustrating. Appreciate any help you can offerBusiness Response

My vehicle was legally parked on the street. A renter from **** crashed into my car and severely damaged it. **** us advising that their insurance company is Travelers and they will handle the claim. Traveler's is refusing liability, and is saying that the supposed renter is not responding to them. None of that is my concern. My car was severely damaged, and they are the company that provide liability insurance on this claim. I need my vehicle to be restored to the original condition before the accident.Business Response

I submitted a claim to this insurance in December 2024 and they advised they were investigating it and would get back to me. To date, I have not been contacted with an update or reimbursed for brokers unpaid invoices.Business Response

I have a bundle insurance policy with Travelers Insurance company ,I received paper work in the mail from Travelers due to my daughter being a licensed driver ,I completed the document and mailed it back to Travelers in a timely manner (in the envelope provided with the documents by Travelers) The paperwork was an exclusion to not have my daughter added to my insurance she in college and don't live in my home she stay in the dorm room more than 2 hours away from home , and would not be driving my vehicle to my knowledge this was taken care of however I received another letter from the insurance company requesting the same documents and I called Travelers on the 10th of January and spoke to a representative by the name of Jeff at 4:30 pm in regards to this matter and told him I mailed the paperwork in and he said there was no records of Travelers having received any documents, I told him I could just pay my balance and take care of this matter at a later time. I explained the situation to him again about my daughter and that her father was military and when she do get her own vehicle she will be registered with **** and would not be going on my insurance and she does not stay in my home. Jeff assured me that he would note my account that I made contact with Travelers in regards to this matter and there would be no issue and he would get me another form in the mail to fill out, this time I emailed the form in to assure that Travelers would receive the exclusion form in a timely manner the date on the new form that I received had a deadline date of February 9th 2025 , The email was sent to Travelers on January 24,2025 in which I received confirmation from Travelers February 1st, 2025 that the documents were received, I pride myself on keeping my home and my vehicle covered with adequate Insurance to protect my investment. I have purchased landlord insurance through Travelers. Last year, the roof on my home was replaced and I upgraded the shingles to a higher tier. I requested my policy be updated to reflect the latest enhancements but, the underwriter has not been responsive to my requests. The update to the policy should result in a refund based on the higher-quality roof that is brand new. I believe they are stalling to try to elude refunding me the rightful amount.Business Response

Our homeowners insurance policy was cancelled due to a tree limb over the house in November 2024. The warning notice was sent to the wrong address and the insurance company never called us. We only found out about the cancellation when our mortgage company called to tell us about the lapse in coverage. I spoke to Travelers immediately and began looking for someone to remove the tree limb. We finally had the limb removed last week due to having to await approval from our HOA and poor weather conditions. When I called Travelers to inform them that the tree has now been mitigated, they told me that they will not offer a policy reinstatement or new policy within 3 years of a cancellation, regardless of the original issue being resolved. We've since instated new insurance, but we'd prefer to keep our home and auto together with Travelers. This is unjust given that we didn't even know they were cancelling the policy to have time to fix the issue since they relied only on written communication which was delivered to an old address.Business Response

I have tried to cancel a policy at *** **** ****** *** *********** ** ***** for over 3 weeks. The local agency, ************ ********* ******* *** ********** *** *********** *** ***** will not respond to confirm cancellation on 2/1/205. Numerous emails have been sent to Kim P****** at ************ to gain receipt of cancellation. At this point in time, she has not/will not respond with cancellation confirmation. My car was struck while parked at ****** airport. Fortunately the individual who struck my car left a note. He provided me with his insurance information, providing me with his insurance card. I filed a claim on 12/19. I have yet to be contacted by travelers. I have reached out to the claim agent at travelers 6 times. This feels like a scam to avoid paying out the claim.
