That insurance is horrible. It’s not recommended to anyone. They are good at charging you high policy rates, but when you make a claim, they treat you like an enemy.

**** and travelers insurance our partners and they're both corrupt to the core. **** will rent a vehicle to a non-citizen without proper paperwork or license verification. Travelers insurance allows turo to avoid claims by pushing claims on the back burner until the individual filing the claim gives up and goes through their own personal insurance. I have a police report and dozens of pictures and an emission of guilt from the traveler insurance policy holder and per travelers it's not enough

This company saw that I cancelled my policy in 2022 and continued to charge me after the policy was cancelled. I didn't realize the charge until 2024. When I called to get a refund from being charged, they asked for proof that I was no longer living in the listed residence. I shouldn't have to provide that but I did anyway. After multiple attempts of trying to get a refund, they told me they would issue it but never did. I called back to check on the status and then they told me there was nothing they could do. They had no issue of continuing to charge me every single month for over 2 years and refusing to issue my money back. I was on the phone with customer services today and they are saying the need more proof that I moved out. I've provided them with a ledger that shows all of the information of lease start date to lease end date. They have on file that I started a new policy at my new address. Along with them having on file that I cancelled my policy with them. With all of this information, the agent told me that this is not enough information that shows I moved out.

I would give 0 if that's available, not even worth 1.
I'm in the process of selling my house and needs a claim history statement. So I called the company and was told that I needed to call Geico instead, through which my insurance was bought from. I called Geico and they put forward my request to Travelers. Now a week passed I still haven't seen a damn thing. Not a call not an email. My sale transaction is pending on this and you know, how important time means in such a matter. So I called Geico this morning and another expedite request was sent to them again, emphasizing the doc was needed today. Up to this moment, end of day today, nothing received.
      u
I have a clean claim history so this doc, or simply a one sentence statement, is just a few clicks and keyboard strokes. You couldn't imagine why it would take so long to process! And this should be a very common request they should have a standard form and process existing so they only need to snap their fingers and things go.
      Never use this company.
And I noticed on this BBB page this company is rated 1 out of 5 by all 295 customers.
I yielded to the Geico person today that the division head and managers should all be filed.
Companies like this if they don't go bankruptcy, America will!

I filed a fire claim on 5 November 2024 with Traveler insurance.
Traveler insurance already proved that I was not at the Property when the fire started.

Travelers dropped the rental coverage from my car insurance when I bought a new car six years ago with no notification. They claim there was a note saying I requested it while transferring my insurance from the old car to the new. I recently got into an accident and needed the coverage but found out I didn’t have it. This coverage is around $20 per year. Why would I cancel it? I am sure this was a mistake on Travelers part but a call from a manager indicates they will not take responsibility. In the future I will check each line item every time my policy is renewed and I may shop for new insurance.

NOPE. We have been waiting for Ellesse D***** and her boss Bryan P******* to get us a check for roof damage for nearly 3 months. I have to email repeatedly to ask questions like I'm speaking to toddlers: "Is the claim approved?" That question took weeks. Then I assumed they'd mail the check. Weeks go by. I email again: "Did you mail a check?" Ellesse's response: "I will follow up on the check for you." Notice how she isn't saying they mailed it. Insurance is becoming the biggest scam there is. You pay and pay (if you don't, they drop you), but when you have a claim, good fricking luck. I don't think it matters who you use. They know you have zero recourse.

Tried getting a quote through them. Because of the ******* vehicle thefts that happened and even telling them that my vehicle has the anti-theft mechanism installed from the dealership. They won't listen or care to see if prospective vehicles have anti-theft. Garbage company.

Travlers insurance claims Representative MIA C****** is the most unqualified claim’s representative I have seen in my life I had a auto accident by another driver who was basically at fault had to assist her in getting the incident report which she did not even know the proper police station to look for the incident report. Also 4 months later my vehicle is still not fixed in good luck trying to get a hold of MIA C****** she only replies through email MRS C****** is in professional not to mention ****** trying to sway me to take my vehicle to get repairs to another body shop because they did not meet her standards in rates when they have handled many of many Travlers claims. Try to give business to other body shops she favors for a kick back which is ILLEGAL providing a list of her favorable shops is ILLEGAL. She is the true word of incompetent how many shops is she getting a kick back for. Also she prolongs claims in order to have the insured pay out of pocket for a extended rental to make sure the customer and the insurance company pay extensively for a prolonged rental. She is a cancer of the company . Should be fired.

I would leave zero stars if that were an option. I believe many search for insurance based on rates. I find it fraudulent that this company will quote a price, and then change it later for what should have been a decrease in premium, not an increase. They decided that a 1.5-story house should be more to insure than a 2-story house. A garage with nothing over the top of it should be less than if there is an attic or storage space. Generating a policy premium increase without any notice or discussion is unacceptable. Their explanation was along the lines of "because we decided to increase your policy premium" is not an acceptable answer. Basically " "You were gullible enough to be lured in by a lower price, and now that you've canceled your previous policy with another company, you're screwed".
