      All of my items was received damaged. I called customer care for 3 days in a row. I put in a request for an expedited replacement and I’ve received a text stating that they are supposed to show up on Saturday July 23rd between 12:45 to 3:45 but when i called back they couldn’t locate my request and they said it was an “error”. They definitely think this is a joke. Giving the run around to the customers. Horrible horrible service. Low quality material and expensive. And to top it off i asked for a refund they said all they can offer is $200. They can shove that where sun dont shine. I was on hold with them while trying to figure out my scheduled replacement and they hung up on me. Idk if all the 5star reviews were paid to leave a good review, but dont be fooled.dont waste your money or time because you will be disappointed.

      Ordered 2yrs ago-a kitchen dining set & bedroom set- both came completely damaged & tried numerous times to redeliver & replace- damaged again & again- still trying after 2 yrs to get an undamaged dining set- 2yrs!! Every delivery they made the furniture was damaged again! Lost work time numerous times & they have not one care in the world! Very inconsiderate & have no retail skills! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! save yourself aggravation & stress go buy elsewhere!! They do not accommodate in anyway! Items are paid in full & they give no compensation back! They gave me a credit of my money to repurchase something else cost me more money & they do not have what I want & gave me a certain time frame to use the credit which is mine to begin with!! ??????? Very bad business persons & they do not satisfy the customers!! Save yourself stress but anywhere but Bobs!!!

      Please read all the reviews and use your judgment about BOB's I have had nothing but issues with BOB's furniture, already filed a complaint with my state's AG office and filed one on here with the BBB. I highly recommend not to do any business with BOB's. It's true they will lie and tell you anything you want to hear in order for you to leave that CS or sales person alone. If you bought your furniture during the plandemic I can assure you it was built terribly and is probably falling apart. My living room set has been discontinued in less than a year and due to all the problems. And getting my refund after they picked up my furniture is an absolute nightmare 3 months latter and still fighting for either my refund or furniture back is extremely exhausting. I highly recommend anyone that took the time to read this, to avoid BOB's Discount furniture at all costs.

      I order a table that was on back order. When the table was finally shipped the delivery person went to the WRONG apartment. They call me and send me a picture where i could verify that they were not in the right place. They left when i call the Bob Furniture they told me to come in to get my money back. So i have to leave early lose money to get back my money. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE AGAIN THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. PLEASE AVOID THEM there are better Furniture company. This happen today 7/21/2022

      We had a few people helping us throughout our experience. Al I believe was helping us at the beginning. He let us know where everything was in the store but did not hover over us the entire process while we looked but was helpful with questions when we needed it. Furniture was a great price compared to other stores in the area and had a variety of options. Will definitely use this store in the future!

      I ordered a couch on may and still haven't got it the funny part is that they said it will be delivered on July 2nd I was like okay let me make a room and throw out my old couch waited for hrs and I called back to check what was going on they said it was rescheduled for July 20th okay I can wait but then I called them again today to make sure and guess what they said august 22 which is really upsetting because I've been sitting on the floor for whole month now come on bob you can do better! i just want to say that if you're ordering something and they tell you the date please don't throw your old stuff because that information is not accurate.
