      I got the table delivered today. After the delivery we left. Came home hours later to my house smelling like gasoline. After looking around we notice that the table smelled like gasoline. I called customer care. Which they hung up on me. I called the store. And they told me the earliest they can come back out is 5 days later. I told them what am I suppose to do in the mean time ? My house smell like gasoline. I have kids in the house. They told me put it outside. I told them it will rain Friday and Saturday. They told me if their is any damage to the table I would have to pay for it. I told them then what am I suppose to do? I can not leave it in the house? All they kept saying is well thats up to you. Even though I paid to get it delivered and set up, now I'm stuck taking it apart and finding somewhere to put it at. I can not leave it in the house and the customer service doesn't care that I have kids in the house. They care more about their table. Worst customer service ever

      I purchased a couch in the store for my dad on 12-7-22 which seemed to be very comfy and soft, however when we received it my dad hates the couch it is super hard and hurts his neck and back, I called to try to exchange it for something better and the Rep said I could not because it was already passed the 3-day policy, we were away for a family emergency and was unable to do this exchange, we called as soon as we returned from *******, on 12-29, the couch has been sitting at my place unused and untouched since delivered. and still they said we are stuck with this item which we hate. this is the worse company I have delt with and will never purchase from Bobs Ever again. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COOUCH nothing like it is in the e store. it feels as if you are sitting on a sidewalk.

We have set up a reselection credit for you to go into the show room and pick out something up to equal value, however there will be a new delivery fee charged as this is an out of policy return. The team will take back the old sofa and deliver the new one at the same time. Your credit is active and the reference number is 65120504.       I really appreciate getting this kind of response back, my reselection worked out amazing my parents are completely satisfied with the new product in their home, it was simple, and easy and all worked out great. a Million thanks again to Bobs!!!

      Bobs Furniture makes empty promises after spending $9000. My table came in broken twice and I’m still waiting for a third replacement. They do not check their furniture before shipping it out. Also I was promised a couple of pillows and they won’t give them to me because instead of buying a sectional, I bought all recliners which cost double the amount, and still they won’t give them to me very disappointed not happy with their policies at all

      Hello ******* We are very sorry to hear of the concerns you have been having on your order. We have reviewed the account and we do see that we have rescheduled the exchange for 1/6/2023.
      We have also placed a part order for 3 toss pillows to be shipped out to you from the vendor. They unfortunately are on back order until Mid July of 2023. However we will ship them out to you as soon as we receive them from the vendor.

      Sales staff got me in and out quick. I came in and didn’t feel pressured. I had to leave for a moment and they held my desired purchase until I came back in two hours.

      The worst experience ever. Bought new living room set with a 1 time full replacement with no reasons guaranteed. Love seat is broke, large sofa has left side cushy collapsed, Bob's will not replace even though I also purchased the goof proof. So, they will supposedly do something about it if I should mistake spill wine on it but if it breaks completely they will not assist. What a joke. Never ever again. Plus, look at their BBB record. Very poor as well deserved

      Hello L***** The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and they must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.
      Guardian has the right to deny claims for coverage under their own guidelines. . It is never our intent to disappoint a Customer and again we want to apologize that we could not meet their expectations. Thank you for understanding.

      When our son’s promotion was moved up 4 weeks, we had to scramble to furnish his apartment. Thanks to Elizabeth at the ****** store, we were able to do that! She really listened to what we said and showed us exactly what would fit our needs! A special thanks to Tim, who helped us load our car safely for the several trips we made from the store to the apartment! Thank you for a great experience!
