Brandon in ********** ** was very professional and helpful to work with. If your looking for a new mattress I suggest that you see him. I couldn’t ask for a better Salesman and this is the second mattress we purchased from Bob’s. I wouldn’t suggest you wait 16 yrs for a new mattress but the quality speaks for itself never a problem with the mattress or the adjustable frame.

terrible customer service with their customer care teams. their product quality is terrible. their delivery personnel is unprofessional.
i have had the same item delivered 4 times because each time the item comes broken. we were told our items were in stock when we bought them but yet it has taken 3 months to recieve all items from our total purchase.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Very cheap, poor quality furniture. My love seat lasted less then 4 months! I bought a stylish, small 2 person love seat, but I am the only one sitting on it. Within 1 month the side I sit on was so shot and sloped, I hade to buy a plywood board to put under the cushions. This helped for a month or 2, but now the front corner on my left leans forward. I just now put a 1/2" thick ‘riser’ under that leg. It is ok for the moment but I will see how long it lasts! For the record, I am average weight. Junk!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC
