This is one of those reviews that if there was a choice of no stars that would be my choice.....well i purchased a bed from Bobs Discount the reviews was great. Went into store to buy bed also brought the insurance too. Had bed for about a week and bed frame broke when husband sat on it. OK well I filed a claim online for someone to come out and fix or replace bed, claim was denied because it broke when he just sat on it......Well I would think if someone just sat on a bed and the frame breaks something is not right ..well my husband had to build a whole frame for bed from keeping it from collasping more, the bed did not cost much and the reviews was good that is why I purchased the bed I just could not understand why they would not honor my claim and also when I put in my one star review with them stating my horrible experience they did not even post my statement...

Hello **** we are very sorry to hear of the concerns that you are having with your merchandise. We do see that your merchandise was purchase in 2020 and the one year manufacturing warranty would have expired in 2021.
The Goof Proof protection is a plan through a third party company, Guardian. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. Accidental damage must be reported within thirty days of occurrence and you must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.Review fromHeather C

The delivery driver bled all of the frame and my rug and never told me and just left my house thinking I would not find out. I did a return that day which was about a month ago and I am still having an issue with getting the refund back on my card. I am now speaking to a third agent who is saying they issues the refund as store credit when the second agent I spoke with last week said they were going to fix it so that it would now go back on the card I used to pay with. This really shouldn't be this difficult. I will never be shopping at Bobs againBob's Discount Furniture LLC

NIGHTMARE! First let me say that I NEVER had an issue with Bobs in the past and I've used them at least 5 times! However I recently purchased a bedroom set for my daughter and the furniture all came damaged and the drivers didn't care and left! At least 15 phone calls later and 6 other attempts to fix the problem and STILL I DO NOT HAVE FURNITURE but guess what I have my first credit card payment due!!! They have not shown up during the window of time that they email and say and when they do show up they have damaged replacement pieces or the WRONG pieces!!! I'm going to dispute the credit card bill and toss the furniture into the parking lot of BOBS!!!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

After the thousands upon thousands of dollars I spent on Bob's Discount Furniture I would never buy from them again because they use Guardian Protection Products Inc. (GPP Claims) for their Goof Proof Plan and GPP never honors your claims. You are supposed to have 5 years of coverage and I have been fighting between Bobs and GPP to fix broken furniture, including a couch the deliver guys messed up. If you contact Bobs they will tell you to contact GPP and they will tell you to send pictures and then never respond. I have had two Bob technicians come, first closing my case and shouldn't have an another that said parts were needed and never fixed the furniture. Trust me, spend the extra money and go else where. Their furniture tends to have issues that they are not willing to address. GPP will send you through a cycle throughout the duration of your available claim time in hopes it will run out. Where I live now I have been there going on three years and I bought three rooms worth of furniture to have each piece have an issue and GPP will not process my claims. Not because they are denied rather because they keep ignoring and closing cases without addressing them. Bobs need to do right by their customers and cancel GPP and stick to their word on their Goof Proof Plans. I have to spend extra money and replace all the items that are having issues though I purchased a protection plan.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Purchased 5 counter stools. Two of them came damaged. Customer service offered to send me two replacement chairs and then said "oops, we cant do that". then offered me a $50 store credit for the $400 in damaged merchandise. 1 starFurniture does not hold up and the protection plan is useless. Sales rep makes it sound like they will cover everything only to find they cover nothing. When I put in a claim I was told that is normal wear and tear and not covered. The motor died on the recliner so now I have a non functioning recliner. The material has started peeling off and that is also not covered. A waste of money and I will never purchase from them again. Bedroom furniture is also falling apart. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be ashamed of how they handle customer service. They are not helpful and do not care at all about customers. They only care about getting money from people. My furniture was to be delivered this morning. Delivery people came here. Walked in my house. Walked out, assumingly to get furniture. However, the delivery guys just ghosted me. Left. Gave no notice or reason. And did not delivery my furniture. The first customer service person told me my room was not ready for delivery which was a blatant lie told by the delivery drivers. She then accused me of lying. I asked to speak to her manager. He was apologetic and said he would be in touch with the regional district manager and would call me back and saw no problem with getting my delivery out to me today. I never heard from him so I called. He apparently left for the day. Real nice manager. If this is how he handles problems, it’s no wonder the people below him have zero regard for their customers as well. Since then we have been back and forth on the phone with all different customer service people, all promising different things and different delivery times and then failing to stay accountable to their promised dates and times and now they are saying the best they can do is deliver in 5 days. How is this acceptable or okay? It is not. I will never do business with bobs again and I sincerely hope people read this exact message and choose to not do business with this business either.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC
