      Kavonja was incredibly helpful and went SO far out of her way to take care of my business today. We had not received our ink that was supposed to be auto shopped, and Kavonja informed me that there was an unpaid invoice when it was supposed to ship so it had not been shipped yet. She helped reinstate the order and then set a reminder for two days later to reach out to me to ensure I had received an order confirmation (which I did). We received our ink not even a week later. It's been a long time since I have received customer service to the level that I can't wait to send a survey to their employer. I have managed teams for close to 20 years and I promise this is an employee you don't want to lose. She is phenomenal.

      WINDY JEWELL SCURLOCK is absolutely phenomenal. Very attentive and an absolute delight to speak to. I have the issue I called about in the past that have taken days to weeks to get corrected and she had it fixed and good to go within just a couple of hours. I still can't believe how fast she got it resolved. She called me right away to let me know it was all done. She's the best.

      I have been with Quadient (Neopost originally) for about a decade. The current postage meter has been decertified by the **** as of the end of 2024 and is no longer compliant. Therefore, it can no longer be used for postage. They will not replace the machine without a new contract, so I told them I wanted to return it (39 mos into a 48 contract). They now want to impose a "termination" fee for the remainder of the contract. Getting anyone from Quadient on the phone is an excessive wait, the person you get has to refer you to someone else, and they referral never calls you back. Basically, I would not recommend this company due to the fact that they have poor customer service, have no loyalty to their customers and, most importantly, will try to impose fees and penalties every chance they get. I have been the one expending all of the effort to get this resolved while Neopost is happy to continue to bill me for a machine that is not fulfilling their end of the contract!
