      I reached out to customer Service to request a technician for an issue that i was facing with the postal machine, I was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Ashley -customer service representative. who did ask me to verify myself and asked all the right questions in order to be able to quickly resolve the issue. I gave her the description and she updated me with all the info I needed, set up the appointment, let me know who the technician was going to be and the time duration when he would contact me. asked me how my day was going, was courteous and very responsive to any questions I had, and I was contacted within the specified time frame by the tech who came in and resolved the issue. Ashley went above and beyond the Call of duty as her greeting was professional and courteous, and when she closed the conversation she ended by saying "is there any thing else I could help you with", thank you Ashley for a job well done.

      The representative that I spoke with was very helpful. He assisted me while on the phone to change the settings for the supervisor and the stamp printing. He was patient while waiting for me to get situated. The technical help was easy to understand and was given in a expedited manor.
