      non-existent customer service. Did not return call. Account login using information provided did not work. Machine has to be hooked to a wired connection to work. Can't find the postage size I need on the machine.

      I called Quadient four times in the last two months and no one was able to help me. Teresa did it! We have two accounts and she was able to help me distinguish which one is which and separated them so I was able to see both on line. She also got the names changed, waived a late fee and interest because I made a payment to the wrong account. She was GREAT!!!!

      Ms. Lakeasha W****** saved the day for Quadient. While my organization has been with Quadient for over 10 years, we have been very disappointed in the last 12 months since signing a new 3 year lease. Customer service with our Loyalty Account Manager was HORRIBLE as soon as the ink dried. Our organization collected unexpected charges, and no one would help us or explain why we received those charges. We kept getting directed to the website. Everyone passed the buck that we were directed to. Finally connected with Ms.W****** after 8 months of asking for help and in less than 15 minutes our account was adjusted, corrected and now we are moving in the right direction with our new 3-year lease. If it had not been for Ms. Lakeasha W****** this company would have received 0 stars. She single handedly saved this account and my desire to work with Quadient moving forward. This individual is smart, kind, compassionate, caring and funny and most importantly has LISTENING SKILLS and RESOLUTION SKILLS. Thank you Ms. W*******

      We have had a really difficult time finding resolutions with Quadient, inc. We spoke to Lakeasha and she was THE BEST!! She may have saved our relationship with wanting to work with your company in the future! She found a resolution to our issue. And even though she no longer works with the customer service department went above and beyond to resolve everythig for us. She is a gem for the company!
