      I appreciate the polite, positive, helpful attitude that Mike exhibited. Not only did he answer my question, he was patient as I wrote down his instructions for future reference.       I worked with Sergio. He was phenomenal! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me with my issue and didn't make me feel like a burden. The customer service was quick and easy to work with. I was on the phone with a representative in less than 5 minutes.
