      I have been a Neopost/Quadient customer now for many years. They have always been good about standing behind their products and they have a good customer service team located here in the U.S.A. I see some negative reviews on here about the contracts and cancelling, but it sounds like those people didn't read the agreement they signed. I highly recommend reading and choosing a duration that you can commit to, just like a loan or other service you sign a contract with.

      Was very happy with Quadient for for past 10 years. I am closing my business and in order to return my postage meter I need to pay 2+ years of my lease and an additional 15%. I think that is absolutely not right. We have never been late on a payment and have been very good customers. I am opening a new business and will never use them and will will never recommend them to anyone. I completely understand "buying out of a lease", but to have to pay more than the total lease seems completely ridiculous!!!
