      Flora went above and beyond her duty to assist and help me with my dilemma.       Quadient Inc. is terrible. We are canceling our accounts with them because they add erroneous charges to our account and the customer service representatives are extremely rude. We have made several attempts to rectify the issues with this company and they give us the run around and continue to compound charges. They repeatedly send bills out to us after they are due to be paid and when we send them the checks to pay them they add late charges because they sent the bill to us after it was due to be paid. We requested to be set up on the online system so that we could get ahead of the bills, which they did set us up, but their online system has 2 different links for billing. They never explained that until after I called our individual account rep. We had to go through the sales team to get the information for our account rep because customer service refused to provide us the information and refused to escalate our requests. Once I got in touch with our rep, she said that she hears these complaints all the time from multiple customers. She did explain the online billing set up and she was polite. However, her supervisor was snarky and rude in her response about the issues. This company is an absolute disappointment and we will be reaching out again to figure out how to cancel our accounts because each person tells you a different cancelation policy. One rep said you had to submit it in writing 90 days before the actual cancelation date. The other said you have to call customer service and they have to do it. No one seems to actually know what we are supposed to do.

      Tara B***** was of great help to me and my team. I had called several outlets trying to resolve this billing issue we had (which turned out to be a non-issue), including some other Quadient outlets, but no luck. Tara was able to drill down directly to the heart of the problem with her knowledge and expertise. What we were racking our brains over for the past 48 hours was resolved in minutes, thanks to her.

      Josue, the customer service rep who helped me during my recent call was exceptional! He walked me thru how to fix my problem with my Quadient postage machine and took the time to explain why it happened in the first place. Not that it is often, but every time I have had a question, a Quadient representative has been able to help me --- with what seemed to me, a smile on their face!
