      I have been in business for 43.5 years. Chelsea M****** courteous, professional, patient, thorough and total follow-through-service is at a level I have never experienced.
      Chelsea Mesey took care of everything in a matter of days vs. over a year with others at Quadient. She 'closed' Quadient's continuous erroneous billing for a machine that I returned over a year ago (IS-280) and finally managed to correct Quadient's use of a contract, for my new machine, the iX-1 Series, that did not exist (I provided my signed contract again, which I had been resubmitting for over a year). Fantastic.
      I was so frustrated with Quadient based on my previous experiences, I was ready to leave and pay more with FP. When she asked if there was anything else, I mentioned that my cartridge did not work. She advised me that it was still under warranty. Who does that? A very honest and customer-oriented person.
      You need to hire more like her and fire those that cannot communicate or could care less about accuracy and customer satisfaction.
      Training is but one aspect in customer relations and retention.. She's a natural.

      Once I was actually able to reach someone, which did take forever, this particular representative was excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for your sales team, who drops the ball after the new equipment has been ordered. Not good at all!
