      Very professional representatives and very courteous. The representative who helped me, Simon was extremely knowledgeable with the postage meter machine we have, and he walked me through the steps perfectly to add funds and to check balance and other information related to our postage meter machine.

      My expienence with Quadient was going well until I no longer needed the service and attempted cancellation two times.
      I haven't used the machine in over a year however, I was offered the option to pay a fee to cancle. I decided to stay in the contract a while longer to obtain a lower cancellation fee.
      I tried cancelling again February 2025 and was requested to pay the balance in full before I the account would be canceled. At that point the instructions to mail all equipment would be provided.
      I don't understand why I am continuing to be billed after submitting a cancellation request; I just received a late invoice for the month of May.
      It seems logical to terminate the billing process in order to settle the account.
      I tried calling the phone number located at the bottom of the bill I just received, the number is not in service.
      This is beginning to feel more and more like a scam not just terrible service.
      I feel that I'm being forced to remain in this contract or pay outrageous fees to cancel.

You have Quadient Inc. invoices that are over 166 days past due, and Quadient Finance invoices that are over 120 days past due. We have not received a payment on your account since November 19, 2024. Once the past due balances have been resolved, we can help you complete your cancellation and close your account.
