      The postage meter is very difficult to set up. I ask for help and am re-directed to call someone else whom I can hardly understand. I asked to cancel the lease and return the machine and was told I'd have to buy out the contract. I asked to speak to the Sales Manager's manager/supervisor and have not been allowed to. Just told "If you are unwilling to allow us to assist I can send you the cancel process for a termination quote to be sent to you". I would never recommend this company! Poor support and POOR customer service!

      I called twice with questions. The 1st call, I only had about a 5 minute wait and my questions were answered. On the 2nd call, there was no wait at all and again, my questions were answered.

      Josephine was very helpful, Iwas about to find out the Ink Cartridge Iwas trying to use was old and dried up. I had another cartridge I was able to use. She also told me the mailing machine would order a new cartridge when it was time.
