      I always receive an excellent customer service, right from the initial call from support to the Tech who comes in to handle the repair. Mr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and he makes sure your equipment/machine is up and running before leaving.

      The first 3 times I called (a month or so ago) we got no where and it was a pain. But this time I got Melissa on the phone and she was so helpful - she was able to help me with my order and so much more. I can actually order things myself instead of always calling. Thanks Melissa!!

      Very informative, and I know this is going to be very helpful for my business not only making it easier for me at the post office, but also making it easier for my customers so I can go every other day versus once a week to ship off packages, and the free trial that comes with it is great because I get a chance to figure out my budgeting for my business every month on how much I need to spend for just my products, but also for shipping and this way it’s not unpredictable like it is going to the post office and having them make my labels and weigh my packages. I’m very excited to get the equipment.
