      We just bought a new office building, which came with a new zip. Quadient was exceptional in helping me change everything in the meter. She literally walked me through line by line.       A breath of fresh air. Dealing with our previous company was never excruciating. Trying to get a live person was never easy and communication left much to be desired. So glad no-one ever returned my call to renew our lease.

      Use quadient
      Scam
      They had us scammed for five years.
      You can’t get out of it even after 5 years.
      They continue to debit bank account.

      In our 20 years of operations in ******* this is the only time we have encountered such unethical, dismissive behavior from a company alleging to provide a service.
      I have been leasing from them for 4 years. I received a call from their sales rep informing me the machine I am using must be traded out for a new one. I informed him I did not need a new machine and did not want to pay any more money. He said that leased amount would not change.
      Of course, that was not true. The bill came and its $30 more than the $39.99 represented. The sales rep said his manager approved the old amount, but I am still being charged $69.99. I have tried for THREE MONTHS to resolve this to no avail.
      I have now filed a complaint with the AG's office.
