Teresa, the Quadient Customer Service Representative was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue we had in receiving postage to be downloaded on our mail machine. The issue eventually was handled by another representative working on it, as well, by the name of Kala and the issue was resolved.Quadient, Inc.

We have had the worst experience with this company. A former employee ordered a postage machine without the consent of the owners. Based on this, we asked to return the machine. The first contact we had with Quadient was 4/5/23. We've had 3 different case numbers and 5 months later, this issue is still not resolved and we still have the postage machine. Absolutely horrible customer service. A one star rating would be too high.Quadient, Inc.
