      It looks like I am also going to get "screwed" by Quadient. After signing the contract, the sales rep has been nonresponsive to emails and phone messages. The service representatives keep asking me for postage numbers that are different from my account number, but they can't look it up and my staff can't get the machine to print it out; so it seems to be at an impasse. I'd love to just send the damn thing back and use stamps, but of course you can't get hold of anyone to argue. If you're reading this, remember that everything they promise you is going to be BS.

      I canceled my service in September 2022. I started to receive bills for postage in the amount of $500.00 which we haven't used in the four years total we were with this company. They stated someone downloaded it on the meter in October 2022. It's been a nightmare every since. I producted my confirmation of cancellation in September by a supervisor (our rep) and they keep tacking on 18% APR fees for postage we did not ever download to begin with. NOW THE BILL IS 889.00 and the postage is still 490.00 on the account. DO NOT WORK THIS COMPANY IT'S BEEN UNBELIEVABLE TO TRY TO GET THIS STOPPED--YES EVEN WITH DOCUMENTATION FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT!!

      Time is money. My Quadient postage meter saves me time going to the ***** *** *** ***** *facilities to drop off the letters and packages I need to send for business.

      Do not deal with this company. Poor customer service.
      In this day of age most small businesses don't need their service and leasing costs are very high.
      If equipment doesn't work they still want to enforce their lease agreement on non-working equipment.

      Worst postage company I've found....would not recommend them, would not EVER use them again......I've spent literally 4 months trying to get billing corrected as they didn't apply a payment I made in October.....so done with all of them! Have spoken to at least 6 different people....no one helps!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

      I guess I should have read the reviews. I would leave zero stars if possible. QUADIENT CONTACTED US to say we needed to do a new lease for a new postage meter as the one we have will not meet the new USPS IMI regulations. Quadient has been extremely pushy about getting this done immediately. I have received 17 emails in the last couple of weeks from Quadient about upgrading and pushing me to sign the new lease for new equipment. I was told I should do it now as there will not be inventory of the new machines if we wait. The new machine quoted is $152 more than our current contract and I was told that is the smallest / least expensive machine you have. We were told our current contract price wouldn’t be honored and we would have to pay the higher price. Because of this we wanted to cancel our contract and get a machine from a different company. When I tried to cancel I got a "cancellation quote" that I have to pay out the rest of the lease (another year) on a piece of equipment that doesn’t meet the new regulations. That is ridiculous. I want someone to explain to me why I have to pay out this lease when Quadient is pushing me to get a new machine! Their business practices are terrible.

      This company is fraudulent I was mailed a meter attempted to return the meter upon doing so the representative became hostile started sending intimidating emails and voicemails now I'm charged 286.00 upon to receive the return label with fine print they could change payment for cancellation to something diverse than 286.00

      I just tried to contact Quadient about some billing issues and would have to agree that their customer service is terrible. Waited on line for 20 min and customer service agent basically just hung up on me. Tried calling again, waited another 20 min on hold with no connection. So, tried to send ticket on their website instead. I have been mailing my payments in 7-8 days ahead of due date for years but the last two payments have been logged in as "late" and they charged me $39 late fee. First one was waived as customer service agent said it was delayed in transit by USPS. Now a second one was logged and it is pretty clear that the delay in processing the payment is NOT with USPS, but with Quadient...likely a new and aggessive application of the late charge fees! If you cannot rely upon them to honestly and fairly process your payments, your are dealing with dishonest company. Unfortunately, I am in contract like others who have commented here. While there are only a few postage meter companies around and their is no guaranty that another would be any different, I would not recommend this company.
