I was sent the wrong hoodie. When I contacted the company I was told they would forward my issue to the fulfillment team. That was nearly two weeks ago. When I called for an update I was told the fulfillment team hadn’t gotten to my issue yet and that it could be another week or longer. The hoodie was supposed to be a birthday gift. I will never order from this company again. Not only are their shipping times ridiculously long, but when you have an issue there is no support at all. I don’t even want the hoodie anymore and simply want to return the wrong one for a refund.Business Response

I ordered a package on February 18 2025 and have never received a shipping confirmation. I have reached out to them multiple times to there customer service email and phone number but have gotten no response. Shipping was supposed to be 6-12 days. I placed a order on 11/29/24 it didnt ship out until 12/30/24 and i received it on 1/12/25 once i received the package there wasnt anything in the box. I paid for ***** protection and i got into contact with them and they said there isnt anything they can do for me. even though it says on there website protected against theft. and i also tried ****** and they were no help. i have called the company lgnd several times and no call back or answer. i have emailed them several times and they say they weighed it before shipment and it weighed 3 lb 1.2 oz before it left there facility. but it didnt weigh anything when it got to my door. Also they have messaged me on instagram and said they will send this to our fulfillment team asap and they would have another shipped out asap and have not had another box show up yet. after several weeks i still havent heard anything about it.Business Response
