    I purchased a “mystery backpack” from this company which is advertised to contain $325 to $400 dollars worth of apparel and accessories. I placed this order on 7/4/23. After checking and seeing that my order was still to be processed on 7/22/23 I requested that my order be canceled due to the extremely long processing time. The company refused to cancel my order and issue me a credit because my order entered my name into an online sweepstakes. On 8/4/23 I received my order consisting of 1 hat, 1 shirt, 1 keychain, 1 flag, 1 lanyard, 1 backpack, 2 air fresheners and 2 stickers. I contacted the company again to report that the contents of my order in no way reached the advertised value of $325-$400. I received no response. I again contacted the company on 8/7/23 with the same complaint and again received no response. I contacted the company again on 8/10/23 with no response received.

    I am rejecting this response because: I received a backpack, a t shirt and a hat. There was some stickers and 5 dollars in a envelope. I spent almost 500.00 on this and got 200.00 dollars worth of merchandise.  Not what you guys advertised. False advertising is still a crime I thought.

    I've placed an an order with the company almost 3 weeks ago, to potentially win a vehicle, the contest is over and the company has yet to even ship or fulfill my order that I purchased. When I contact the company all they say is I'm sorry and it will be fulfilled as soon as possible, their last contest I purchased the same thing and had the order within 2 weeks now this one's going on over 3 weeks and they're not being compliant with me and they are saying they do not offer refunds

    On June 26 2023, I purchased a product from this company. They haven't shipped my item and have been ignoring me. It was over a $300 purchase. Please help

    I purchased a backpack from this company for entries on a truck giveaway on June 24th 2023. It costed $328.00. My item has not been shipped or filled at all for that matter. I contacted them via email and can't get any update from them. I've seen several other complaints regarding the same thing. I would really just like a refund. I charged this to a credit card which I now how to pay on with out having the product I ordered. I feel that they are scamming multiple people. I would like a refund. Please and thank you for your time

    I paid for 6-10 day shipping and never received my items. As well when I messaged them they had told me they never even had the merchandise and would be purchased or bought after the fact. I think that's false advertisement and poor business.

    Date of transaction - 05-03-23. I placed an order with LGND in reference to a giveaway they were having for a truck (LGND 34 Giveaway). The company offers customers the chance to get extra entries if they buy something from them (which I did). I ordered a spray scent (new car odor) and a cotton candy colored hoodie. Order # ******. I have communicated via email with this company's customer support and was informed a partial order was sent out (the spray - I already received this on 05-13-23) but the hoodie has not been shipped out yet as of 05-23-23. I have requested a refund for the hoodie more than once since I do not believe it will be shipped out....but the customer service ("Edemer") is not listening and keeps offering to reach out to the fulfillment department to see what is going wrong. I just want the refund....not a cycle of runaround emails promising to figure the issue out.

    I purchased a backpack from this company on April 28th 2023 for $300. I never got any shipping information and I’ve tried on numerous occasions to contact this company but I can’t get through to anyone. I looked at reviews from others and they have the same problem. One guy has been waiting two years for his order. I’m just looking for my money back. Thank you for your help and time. It’s much appreciated!

    I placed an order on February 10th for a hoodie and was told 7 to 10 days. It has been more than enough time for them to get my product ready and shipped out. I emailed them and they took a little while to respond and said it was because of shipper problems. So I waited a little bit longer to see if my order was going to be processed and shipped out and still nothing. I've been reaching them over and over and over and they refuse to answer emails and they don't have a phone to call. So now it's going on a month since my transaction and they refuse to answer my emails or to do the right thing. I'm being purposely ignored and not responded to and that is a sign of bad business practice and a lack of integrity. Customers spend a lot of money on products, and they have no good business ethics otherwise they would be doing the right thing every time not just sometime. I will never ever purchase from this company again and I will recommend to people not purchase from them since they cannot do the right thing.

    I am rejecting this response because: Although you are growing a business. You can choose to be proactive and notify people ahead of time about the situation. It's not excusable to not communicate until it's convenient for you. If customers are unhappy with your business ethics, than do the right thing and offer a refund and go your separate way! You chose to keep people money and then hide behind your fine print to do bad business practices. I will never recommend to anyone to do business unless they are willing to gamble on this company.
