    I brought the thicc suds and the rubber & vinyl super shine, they shipped the two jugs in a box without bubble wrap and the thicc suds leaked all in the box it was a mess the postmaster put it in a bag, I’ve been ordering from them a long time over a year and didn’t know about protection insurance but that’s wrong to ship things any kind of a way especially two big jugs in a single box. I’m not happy with this at all.

    Do not use the buy now pay later functions on the website the company that they use sold my information to a third party company trying to open up loans in my name and trying to get me to buy other products they offer you something called shop pay and then that company's is owned and operated or affiliated with affirm and then that company took my information and sold it to another company which is contacting me via email and phone trying to get me to open up loans do not use the buy now pay later function just pay for whatever you're buying otherwise these people will never leave you alone

    I ordered a 155.24 on May 1 2025 and it still has not shipped yet I love the company but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth so I will never by anything form thim again I will stick with grunt style im going to put a fraud alert to my bank

    If I could give no stars I would. This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order in November 2024. They took my money and never shipped me the product. I reached out several times through their website, by email and phone. I received a reply that they were looking into it and would get back to me but now no reply and it’s been 7 months! They legit stole my money!!

    This company is awful. They are non responsive and do not ship their orders in a timely manner if at all. Based on the reviews on this site, I would even say that they submit fake reviews too in order to boost their rating. It is a shady company and I would not recommend them at all. All I want is what I ordered 20 days ago, or my money back.

    DO NOT order from this company. They do great advertising but false promises. I placed an order on 4/11/25 for a 100$ mystery box and it’s now 4/29. They say shipping is 4-12 business days and it has been over that. Showing it still hasn’t shipped and I sent an email and left a voicemail and still haven’t received a response. I never leave reviews on anything but this one I had to. Reading prior reviews dating back to 2023 and this seems to be a constant issue with basically automated apology replies. At some point I hope the apologies stop and they fix an almost 3 year ongoing issue.

    I hate to put a 1 star but it’s crazy to me they are doing the backpack exclusive limited shenanigans and make it seem like if you don’t win you’re gonna get $399.00 worth of stuff and it’s not even close!! The backpack is something you could get off amazon for $30 I got two shirts and a hoodie so maybe there’s $140 a car scent and some stickers and $5. Purchasing it I knew it was a gamble of what to get but if people aren’t gonna win at least make the stuff worth $400?? even without winning if this stuff was worth the 400$ that would be okay but 2 shirts, a hoodie, scent spray and some stickers just doesn’t add up. Also takes a month to get your order. Save your money!! If you’re gonna enter in it buy stuff separately.
