Ordered a mystery bag with the promise of receiving $305-$400 worth of merchandise. Items I received didn't add up to $305 on their website. Their customer service team has yet to respond. Wouldnt recommend buying anything from these guys.LGND Supply Co, LLC

Iv spend over $6,000 with this company. Yes it may take awhile to get your stuff but iv always gotten my order. Another thing obviously they don’t give a refund because it’s for a drawing and you could just request a refund if you don’t win its common sense. I haven’t won anything from this company but like they say it’s random, no need to be negative if you don’t win. You bought clothing or merch winning the vehicle is an extra. Iv even ordered 3 mystery boxes and they a came with the same stuff I reached out and they sent me 2 new ones and I got to keep the duplicates. 5/5 stars without a doubtLGND Supply Co, LLC

I made an order in the beginning of Feb. mind you I placed an order before that and received that order. I purchased the subscription box in Feb. and still have not received it and have been told that it was delayed because they moved facilities. I think this is theft because I have not received my order and can not receive a refund. I have told many people not to order from them and told them what happened and they can’t believe it. Be aware that if you place an order and have an issue that this company will not give you a refund! I made a purchase on February 8th and I still have not received any order update. . . 20 days later!!!! This order was a gift and since it did not come in on time I had to buy elsewhere. It is February 28th and I still have no yracking info and dont have my product! I no longer need what I ordered from LGND and emailed asking for a refund. It shouldnt of been and issue as they haven't even shipped ot but they stated that they do not do any refunds! I will never order from this company again because of their poor customer service! Spent $188 USD on order a month ago. Online still shows as unfulfilled. Tried contacting them via website email many times. No response. They have me blocked on their ******** posts. I had to open a ****** case against them in an attempt to recover my money. Appears to be a scam company. Online reviews are nasty as well with similar stories.LGND Supply Co, LLC

i just wanted to say i ordered the limited winter staple bundle on 2/4/23 and as of 2/14/23 i still dont have any tracking info. they were glad to send a thank you for purchase email, and take the money immediately out of my account, but its been 10 days since i ordered, and still have no info on how long itll take to get here. you would think for a new "legit" company theyd have proper customer service, but it just doesnt seem that way, ive sent them an email about my order (order number #589887) and they still havent responded. really disappointed, this company could be so great if they stopped slacking on their customer serviceLGND Supply Co, LLC
