      Flowers were ordered on 2/11/2025 for delivery on 2/16/2025. On 2/21/2025 I was informed that the flowers were never received by the recipient. I had to reach out to FromYouFlowers and found out that the order was never delivered because there apparently were no florists to deliver.
      If I had not double checked with the recipient, the flowers would have never been delivered.
      The company refused to give me a refund of the agreed amount which was only 10% and was not even the cost of the delivery. They also said that they would re-deliver but that has yet to be seen.

      Order #********* was placed from From You Flowers and was to arrive on 2/15 and it didn't. I received notice of delivery it had, but my mother confirmed that it had not. After contacting customer service, the flowers were delivered on 2/16-- and I was given a "credit" for the delivery fee which has an expiration date. I visited my mother on 2/22 and saw the flowers. Disappointed to see the bulbs are the size of the nail of my index finger. This was not how they were advertised. I requested refund on 2/23 & was promised 50% refund and a redelivery on 2/25. Attached is a photo of the flowers received (the pink vase) & flowers purchased in background are a local purchase for comparison in size. I also included a copy of ad.
      Order#601014419 A separate purchase with *** was made 2/19/25. for delivery to funeral home on 2/20/25 but did not. I called 2/21/25. I was told I would be callled back did not get a call back. I called 2/22/25 and agreed to cancel the order for a refund since they had not delivered and missed the wake (2/21) and now funeral (2/22). There is a credit pending in my bank account.

      I realized that a pattern of non- deliveries (2 additional prior orders ) and became curious if From You Flowers and *** were affiliated. I just became aware today that From You Flowers and *** merged in 2023. Thes two orders from recent years-an order for my deceased mother in law’s funeral and another delivery that never arrived while my mother was hospitalized.

      I am a customer who follows up on the statuses of my purchases. This is now the 4th non-delivery.

      I have informed From You Flowers/*** of this issue and they've agree to reimburse me as stated above. I want BBB to be informed and to investigate. I'm losing trust of this company. Are the flowers being delivered as stated?

      I would like Better Business to confirm that From You Flowers/*** will honor what they have stated and not issue a "credit" to my account that requires another purchase

A 50% refund has been processed and should appear in their account within 1-3 working days, depending on their credit card provider.       I ordered flowers on 2/17/25 online from From You Flowers and they still have not been delivered. I have received multiple emails apologizing but they have done nothing to correct this issue and just say they will deliver the next day but still no delivery. It was flowers for my mother’s birthday in a different state. I live in ** while my mom lives in **. They have had plenty of time to fix the issue but they refuse to deliver the flowers I purchased without a reason. No bad weather in the area of delivery. They said they would send an apology not, make the bouquet bigger but haven’t done so.

      I PLACED AN ORDER FOR FLOWERS FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY ON 2/13 OR 2/14. AS OF 2/18 I HAVE RECEIVED 3 EMAILS TELLING ME THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. ONE EMAIL WAS SENT PRIOR TO 2/18 TELLING ME THAT THE FLOWERS WERE RECEIVED ON 2/18. THESE FLOWERS WERE A "GIFT" FROM MY DAUGHTER'S **** ****. A GIFT FROM HEAVEN FOR VALENTINES DAY. THIS ENTIRE EVENT HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY THIS COMPANY AND THEY ONLY SAY SORRY AND THEY WILL APOLOGIZE TO MY DAUGHTER. THEY HAVE BLATANTELY LIED TO ME 3 TIMES IN EMAILS SAYING SHE GOT THE FLOWERS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I PAID $52.34 LITERALLY FOR NOTHING.

      The company guaranteed me delivery on 2/19/25 and yet failed again. They sent me an email indicating they are not guaranteeing delivery on 2/20/25. They also guaranteed that the same arrangement, but larger, would be delivered. The email today showed a completely different arrangement. The arrangement I ordered included a very specific flower chosen because of the premise of the order to begin with. They did refund my money. However, they have sent me 4 different emails indicating the flowers were delivered,  and those were all inaccurate. Then promised delivery on 2/19/25, they failed. Then promised the very arrangement that I ordered but larger, again they failed. I even spoke with them yesterday indicating I wanted to see the arrangement BEFORE it was sent out and they told me that was not necessary becauses they were having the florist replicate the esact order I placed.

Unfortunately on February 19th we where still not able to reach any of our affiliated local florist and did arrange to have an arrangement shipped for delivery February 20th. As we could not reach the customer at the time of that call we proceeded with the shipped floral arrangement so that we did not delay again. As the customer was not satisfied with that we were able to finally speak to a local florist February 20th and arranged a local delivery of the correct arrangement.       I am rejecting this response because no one ever phoned me from the business to discuss the issues.  I only received email responses to my messages sent and I had one phone conversation where I initiated the call and I was refused to be permitted to speak with a supervisor.  

      You may close the case as there is nothing that con be done at this point. They did deliver two arrangements, over a week late from when the first was to be delivered. They missed their deadline, they sent me four emails indicating that the arrangement had been delivered and those were all inaccurate. It is a shame that this experience was so terrible. 

      I will never use the business again and will leave a detailed review as to why. 

      Thank you for your efforts in bringing this matter to resolution. Time is something that can never be replaced. Hopefully they take a bit more pride in their work and even more pride in actually doing what they say they are going to do.

      I ordered flowers to be delivered before noon on feb 14th I paid extra for the before noon delivery. It’s now Feb 17 flowers still not delivered. Call was told only supervisor could issue refund. Have been placed on hold several times supervisor never answeers. Want a refund

      Placed an order on 2-5 for Valentine’s delivery on 2-14. Shipping label was not printed until 2-14. Won’t get my package until 2-17. I don’t want rotten and old strawberries and wilted roses. Contacted foryouflowers and they said it was *** fault. Contacted *** and they said they didn’t receive the package until 2-14 after hours. Husband spent 200 dollars and all that foryouflowers said as they can give him a 20% discount. Won’t be using foryouflowers anymore

      -Called company at 7:58 pm EST to ask re: delivery as web shows “Delivery scheduled. Arriving Friday, February 14.” Spoke to employee Akash who checked status & said flowers would not be delivered. Asked him to find any florist, employee said no flowers could be delivered until Mon. asked why did they take order if they don’t have supplier, why advertised on website that orders can be placed/delivered on 14 Feb, why system showed order is en route & why they didn’t inform me; told him I don't want the flowers

      Business reached out this morning. Offered refund and credit on the account for any future purchase, which I accepted. How do I proceed if I still want BBB to follow up with the business re: updating their system to ensure timely communication with customers via their website and reaching out to customers in event of a failure to deliver, so future customers do not face a similar situation?

      On 2/13/2025, we received a box of a dozen multi color roses. I trimmed them and placed in water with the packet of preservatives. The next morning (2/14) there were 2 roses completely wilted and a few more looking a little wilted. By the 2nd day, nearly half the dozen were beginning to wilt and one broke off!
      When I emailed the customer service they responded with a 30% discount for a future purchase/ and gave me a $6 credit.
      This is a ridiculous solution when nearly half the roses were wilted by day 2!!!
      At the minimum they should offer a 50% or more refund!!! Disappointing for sure!!

      2/15/2025 I purchased flowers to be delivered to my mother for a belated Valentine’s Day gift. What pulled me in was the “same day delivery” and the flowers looked beautiful online. I completed my $80.00 purchase and would track periodically throughout the day, as I was excited for them to arrive. I then received an email saying that the flowers were delivered but they were not. After sending an inquiry through their customer service options, they then emailed me saying someone would reach out after investigating, which still has not happened. Now coming online to see similar stories is disheartening to say the least. As well as it being Valentine’s Day, my father and her now late husband passed two years ago and has a birthday this week which was the other sentiment behind sending the flowers. Even if they were to be delivered now, it’s too late because she won’t be home to get them and they will die outside on her porch in the cold weather. I am seeking a full refund but have not heard from them at all. Sincerely hoping I can get my money back!
