I ordered a specific flower arrangement from this company as a gift. The flower arrangement I ordered is completely different than what I received. I paid almost $60 for this arrangement, and I expected it to be what I ordered. When I reached out to customer support about this issue, I was originally told that what you order isn’t always what you get and was offered a 10% discount. When I replied stating that I would like a full refund, they would only offer a 30% refund. I would like to file this complaint with the BBB for two reasons. First, it appears from research I conducted after the order was incorrect, that this business is notorious for this same issue among a host of others. This company should be held accountable for this case, and any other case where a product is sold and does not live up to the standards of the order. Secondly, if at all possible, I would like to receive a full refund from the business. I would also like to add that I specifically ordered a “pet safe” arrangement, and I am completely unsure if the arrangement I received is in fact “pet safe”. I had to throw away the arrangement for the possibility of the flowers being toxic to my cat. I also mentioned this in the second email to the customer service team, to which they declined to comment. I ordered flowers from this website for my wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife and paid extra for expedited delivery. They flowers never arrived. When I called the number on the website I was told that the flowers would be delivered in 2-3 hours. I waited and flowers never showed up. I called to ask for a refund and they put me on hold and told me that they tried delivering them but no one was able to receive them. I have cameras and was home the entire time and no one ever showed up to deliver them. I asked for a refund and they told me they could only refund the expedited fee. I told them I wanted a full refund and they said they would refund the entire amount and never got my refund. After calling back to check what was going on with my refund they kept hanging up on me after they looked “into my account.” I lost out on $73 and they made my anniversary day a terrible one.Business Response

at 6:40am on 2/24, I ordered a deluxe arrangement to be delivered to my wife at her work for our anniversary, which is today. At 230pm, I got an email that they will not be able to deliver today. This is the second time in a row they have done this to me. When I called them, all they could say is sorry, they will arrange to deliver tomorrow with a note of apology. As I mentioned, this is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW they have done this. I asked to speak to someone higher than the "escalations team" but they also refused.Business Response

Date of Transaction: 02/20/2025 for delivery on 02/21/2025 before noon.
Delivery was set to go to a church for a funeral service. Ordered an Autumn Cherished Memories Wreath specifically for the color scheme and the inclusion of sunflowers. This wreath cost me a total of $320.08 as I wanted it to be delivered to the church before noon for the funeral service. It was a large spread to be displayed at the funeral that could be visually acknowledged as being from me and my family. They sent a basket bouquet that was a different color scheme, none of the same flowers and it was very small compared to what was originally ordered. The bouquet they sent was only worth $87.80 according to the From You Flowers online ordering site. I called the customer service line and they offered only 20% partial refund. I countered saying they needed to offer at minimum 50% refund but when I specifically brought up the price discrepancy, the rep didn't want to address my concerns. They eventually offered 50% partial refund but it was not received. I am wanting a full refund as the stress induced by the wrong delivery, disrespectful misrepresentarion and the product size and cost discrepancy of the bouquet delivered was significantly smaller than what was ordered and paid for.Business Response

On February 13, 2025 I purchased flowers online, to be delivered the next day, for Valentine's Day from From You Flowers LLC.
The flowers never arrived at my home.
When I called From You Flowers LLC I was apologized to because there actually is no one that delivers flowers by them in my area, yet, they took my money.
I have called From You Flowers LLC multiple times and was told that I would be reimbursed and I was also sent an email saying that it would be reimbursed into my bank account in 1-3 days, it has been 7 days.
This afternoonI called and spoke with someone again, who was positive that they had reimbursed my bank and that it was the bank's fault.
I have never had an issue with my bank.
I would like my money back.

We have explained that due to the proximity of order placement and cancellation, this was processed as a voided transaction. As with any voided transaction, the funds were never captured. I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with your company. At such a difficult time, reliable service is essential, and this experience only added unnecessary stress.
On February 20, 2025, I ordered a Red Sympathy Standing Spray for my grandmother’s homegoing service. I provided all necessary details, including the funeral home’s address and phone number, and paid extra for expedited delivery on February 21, 2025. I also added a personalized banner and card.
At 5:57 PM on February 21, I received an email stating the flowers had been delivered. Wanting to confirm, I immediately called the funeral home and spoke with Mrs. Lisa, who thoroughly checked and assured me that the flowers had not arrived.
I then contacted “From You Flowers,” where a representative insisted the flowers were delivered. I asked them to verify with the driver, but I was put on hold and transferred to a Spanish voicemail that disconnected. I called back and spoke to another representative, who again insisted the flowers had arrived. Eventually, she said the order would be resent for delivery on February 22—the day of the service. While I appreciated the attempt to fix the mistake, I paid extra for a service that was not fulfilled, and my concerns about the false delivery claim were ignored.
Later, Mrs. Lisa followed up with your company and was told the flowers were not delivered because “no one was available to sign.” This is highly unlikely, as funeral homes have extended hours, and the order was scheduled well before closing.
This situation is unacceptable. A company specializing in sympathy flowers should prioritize timely and reliable service, yet I encountered delays, misinformation, and a complete lack of empathy. I expect an explanation, a refund for the expedited delivery fee, and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other grieving families.Business Response

I ordered two different sets of flowers to be delivered to someone and only one set was delivered. I tried to reach out to the company numerous times and inform them , but they kept saying the flowers were delivered and left in a safe spot. The recipient of the flowers didn’t not have a safe spot to leave them as their porch is out in the open. And they don’t have a side of a house where they could’ve left them. As I told the company, I don’t understand why they would leave delivery of flowers outside. They keep saying they were delivered but as I stated before I only received one of the flowers. They are taking no accountability . They keep emailing me a confirmation of the delivery but that is not proof being as though I had two sets of flowers. I ordered the heartfelt serenity funeral spray, selected deluxe, with a sympathy banner - what we received were wilted flowers, a minimal spray, a handwritten card on it (it looked like a child wrote it), the banner was not even a banner, it did not go across the spray like the other banners at the funeral. There was no banner, what I asked to be on the banner was added to what already looked like the ribbon it comes with. It was small and lacked any form of what was advertised on the web. I could not take a picture - it's my brothers funeral - how disrespectful. I paid 200.32 for something that probably cost $25 to make. I was so embarrassed.Business Response
