I ordered a dozen roses from fromyouflowers and the flowers look terrible and not in a vase i was charged for. Giving to my wife for valentines day im so embarrassed. No card saying who they were even from . They charged me 8.99 for a vase she didnt get

I ordered flowers for my mother's grave, with promises from the company about delivery and availability of my choices. I placed an order for two arrangements. I received something I did not order, and one order was just cancelled outright. I fought to get my refund and eventually it was given. My additional complaint is I've asked this company multiple times to stop contacting me, yet they continue to do so. I feel I'm being harassed, despite informing them that I never want to do business with them again. They treated me horribly, disappointed me and now will not stop emailing me. I've asked to be removed from their mailing list; I've informed them that I will file a complaint with you if they continue contacting me, but nothing has stopped them. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in getting rid of them in my email account. I would also like others to be forewarned about their less than honest dealings.Business Response

This case has been completely resolved. We have located the customer's previous order from August 2022 and confirmed she was refunded in full. As an extended apology on behalf of our company, we have also extended a complimentary arrangement to be sent at her discretion. We have unsubscribed the customer manually; however, please allow up to 48 hours for that to take effect. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do regarding this order.

I made the mistake of not looking at the numerous complaints through BBB as well as terrible reviews on Trust Pilot which shows that this business has a history of taking money for expedited delivery and not following through on their side of the deal after charging the fee. Verbage on the site says the flowers are to be delivered within four hours for same day or before noon on the date of delivery. Flowers have yet to arrive at 1:30 pm.
I contacted their online support and was kept on hold for 10 minutes before being told that they couldn't guarantee delivery times despite paying for expedited shipping which clearly says otherwise. The customer support representative then claimed they were only required to make delivery before 6pm in the buyers time zone, which clearly contradicts the reason for the expedited delivery.
Whether this is resolved or not, this is clearly fraudulent as they give contradicting information after taking fees and promising delivery before a certain time.Business Response

Ordered my sister the yellow cup with yellow roses for upcoming cancer surgery and received something completely different and so cheap after I upgrade to the highest on the smiley yellow rose one. Then clld 800# yesterday was told a replacement would arrive today and nothing received then to get email giving me back $30 on a $90 arrangement. Very disgraceful you expect to receive what you order then to be forced to take a credit with no discussion. Myself on disabilities money is tight but just loved the one I ordered..Business Response

1) Ordered placed Feb. 9, 2023 (order # ********** to purchase Rainbow Alstroemeria Bouquet 15 Stems, price of $34.13.Flowers received on the date requested, however, there were more leaves than flowers, leaves were severely wilted, NO water to keep them alive, and the flowers received did NOT resemble the flowers on their website. Severely lacking the flowers shown in the photo even with 15 stems. Complete fraud and false advertisement. I called and complained on 2/10/2023 and they only refunded me $4.27 and emailed a $10 certificate for a future purchase even though I asked for a full refund.
2) Second order placed on February 9, 2023 (order # *********) and I purchased the same exact flowers for my daughter, Rainbow Alstroemeria Bouquet 15 Stems, price of $41.89. Flowers received on the date requested, however, there were more leaves than flowers, leaves were severely wilted, NO water to keep them alive, and the flowers received did NOT resemble the flowers on their website. Severely lacking the flowers shown in the photo even with 15 stems Complete fraud and false advertisement. I called and complained on Saturday 2/11/2023 and they only refunded me $20.40
I expect a full refund for both considering this was for Valentines Day and what my kids received looked like someone stole the flowers out of a graveyard where the flowers had been sitting outside for several days. When I requested a refund the lady on the phone refused to verify the amount of the refund she would give to me today and when I said I would call the Better Business Bureau, she hung up on me. I received an email for partial refund through my Paypal account. She was unprofessional and my experience was disappointing that an online company would try to fraud consumers like this. I expect the remaining $51.35 for both orders due to the poor quality of the product(s).

I ordered flowers for my Mother in law’s birthday. They were supposed to be delivered on 2/7/23, as her birthday is 2/8. Flowers were never delivered. I’m very disappointed with my order. (*********). I ordered the Be Happy Bouquet for my daughter. I wanted it delivered the same day and paid extra for it. It didn’t make it on the same day. When she got it the next day it’s wasn’t even what I ordered. The base was wrong and there were just a few flowers stuck in an odd looking vase. I spent $63 on a very disappointing arrangement. Order #********* ordered for delivery 12/22/22 was never received by my elderly aunt , **** *******, for her birthday. The amount charged to me was $79.87. On 2/6/2023, I purchased Valentine flowers for my wife - slated for delivery on 2/13/2023. Once the final bill and receipt were itemized - I noticed that the vendor (From Your Flowers - FYF) had included an additional $2.99 Weekend/Same Day fee, on top of their $14.99 service/delivery fee. When I asked their Customer service dept to remove the Weekend/Same-day fee charge (since not in that delivery category), they informed me that this was their standard process to include this additional fee - to ensure quality service and delivery (see attachment). At that point - I advised that if it costs more than $14.99 +tax for a LOCAL delivery that is a week away and neither a Weekend or Same Day delivery - then I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund. It makes no sense that a vendor should be able to apply an additional charge for services not needed or provided to consumers. They (FYF) have issued the refund per my request - but I'm reporting the complaint as it seems unfair to consumers placing orders well ahead of slated delivery dates to be required to pay an additional 'Weekend/Same Day fee' - esp. if more lead-time was provided when the order was originally placed.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and still believe that the weekend/same-day service fee, for a delivery request that is more than a week in advance and requested on a weekday is unfair to consumers - when already charging (and taxing) a delivery fee. As they are not interested in adapting policy , I had nothing further to discuss with them. But will look to use other services - as a result.
